Great Coffee and Pastries

The coffee is the best I have tasted and I now buy their decaf beans.... The Left Bank pastries are addictive! They make their own vanilla syrup with real madacasgar bean and the chocolate they use for their mochas is Theos.... Can you get any better?

I had high hopes for this place after reading all of the excellent reviews, but I was incredibly disappointed. The barista was friendly enough, but the coffee was awful.

Skip Seattle and head to Olympia if you want the best cup of coffee. Hands down this was the tastiest coffee I've had in a long time! The Americano I ordered was simply perfection! The smoky, rich but smooth liquid cut the morning chill. The employees are not only friendly but very knowledgable. I bought two bags to take home,... More

Definitely worth the search for a parking space any where fairly close to this coffee shop. Excellent service & fantastic coffee. They truly care about their customer's enjoyment of their product & presentation & it shows. We weren't looking for pastry on this visit, but they had a very nice assortment in their display case. I'm told that they make... More

I live in Olympia and Olympia Coffee Roasters is far from the best! French press taste extremely bitter. Lattes are way pricey. The staff, except for Amy, make you feel like you are inconveniencing them to get a cup of coffee. Also, how lame to use the iPad charge system where when they turn it towards you for your signature... More

My husband and I were taking a rambling vacation in the Pacific Northwest from Wisconsin. We stopped here after seeing the amazing reviews on Yelp. My husband had the iced coffee on nitro and I had the 8 ounce vanilla latte. Both were fantastic. Not a ton of seating inside if you're planning on staying to enjoy your coffee.

Wonderfully prepared coffee in a very fresh, comfortable space. All staff are very helpful, friendly and interesting. This is a great place to meet friends for coffee!

Great coffee. Their vanilla is amazing, the reviewer who Claims it tastes like dirt is obviously way to used to the nasty sugary syrup that starbucks uses... The cold brewed coffee with nitrogen was kind of weird, but I could see that being an acquired taste. Their croissants are yummy and all the baristas were very nice.

I am from the Seattle area and was in the area looking for some delicious strong coffee. Seeing this place was rated number 1 in Olympia I came here. Not only was the coffee a complete let down they only has two "natural" flavors. I got the vanilla flavor which tasted like vanilla flavored dirt. The people were probably high... More

I love good coffee and have been called a coffee snob.. Olympia Coffee is the best coffee I have ever had anywhere! I have shipped coffee to friends and family throughout the US and have gotten them hooked too. My husband has to drink decaf and their's tastes like regular coffee. When we had friends over, he had a pot... More
