My husband and I drive to the shore about once a month to let our Black Lab play. And it is "Tradition" to eat either Lunch or Dinner at Galway Bay. The Fish and Chips are outstanding. I drink the Galway Amber Beer - sooo good. Stefan, the Waiter, is great, speaks a little German, too. Thumbs up !!!!!

Only stopped in for a couple of beers after a long trip. I tried 2 other bars and all the hotels have no outdoor eating facilities. The staff brought out some water for Gatsby and I had a couple of beers. You have to behind the gift shop to get there, but it was a pleasant experience.

We came for dinner, drinks, and live music. We were seated in the family dining area right in front of the open doors so, after a while, it got downright cold! But our waiter, Bill, was extremely attentive. Checking on us all through the night. Our food and drinks came within a reasonable amount of time given the large amount... More

We went for lunch on our anniversary weekend. We had beer, Black and Tan Onion Rings, and the Fish and Chips. There was barely any customers so we got great service. I think all the waitstaff talked to us at some point. The food was delicious and there was a decent choice of Irish beers. We had fun going through... More

We went to the Galway Bay on a Thursday night for dinner. It was not busy - there were maybe four tables seated in the restaurant. We were seated in a timely manner and then preceded to wait 15 minutes before a waitress came over to greet us and take our drink order. She asked if we had waited long... More

My wife and I ate at the Galway Pub last weekend and the food is really good and they warn you on the menu that they are not fast food. So the service is not slow but it takes a little time because every thing is fresh! They have live music on the weekends and we got to see the... More

The food, the staff and the atmosphere are all quite commendable at the Galway Bay. The day I arrived in Ocean Shores I had dinner here, the fresh oysters, the clam chowder and the seafood pasty. I had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. When I first walked through the door and was shown to a table it wasn't... More

Arrived and were warned that service would be slow but actually wasn't too bad. Order for two of the party of six (salads) was wrong but corrected after a fashion. Seafood pasties were delicious and the sauce complemented them well. Service was friendly and helpful.

We stopped here for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the menu and the value. Service was good and we were quickly into our meals which had great flavor and quick service.
