Good food

We enjoyed our meals. The food was delicious. Staff was friendly and cordial. The restaurant itself is a bit outdated. We did appreciate the restaurant providing entertainment of a mother and baby dear frolicking across the street.

Mariah's offers a Sunday morning breakfast buffet which we found convenient and reasonably priced. The choices were pretty standard hotel-breakfast fare, but the service was friendly and efficient.

Thoroughly enjoyed my Chicken Parmesan--tender meat, perfectly breaded and seasoned, good sauce. Good sized dinner salads. Husband had the cod with baby shrimp. Our total bill was under $40. Restaurant needs updating and brightening up, but we will definitely be back when we are in Ocean Shores.

This restaurant is right next to Canterbury Inn. We sat in the lounge and tried a couple appetizers. Crab artichoke dip and garlic prawns. Each were $10. Not bad. Portions were a little small, food and service was good. Would eat here again.

Tried the pizza again. The crust was much improved comparable to most pizza places. The ingredients are all fresh and as good as they get. The menu is revised to include some old favorites and new items are expected this fall. Service is generally great, attentive but not intrusive. As I noted earlier it is a challenge for the bar... We have been here a total of 3 times, and this time we were celebrating a birthday and wanted something a bit fancier, but still approachable and affordable. 4 of us went and all were happy with the meals. We had a sort of twilight menu sort of meal, in before 6. I had the roast pork as did one... More

Old style food. Not lean cuisine. But the wine, steamed clams, salad and Cajun cod with BlackBerry, bourbon and cream cheese. Yum. Reminded me of the classic places in San Francisco. Wonderful. The place should have been crowded because the food quality was high and prices good. So much better than take out pizza or eating at the casino.

This property ajoins a motel and features solid, mid priced American food. Nothing fancy but, then again, not too plain. Some of the attempts to raise the food's "excitement" works, some doesn't but none totally misses. For example, our party had the prime rib and grilled seafood salad. The prime rib sauses were well done but the dressing on the... More
