Great value for a great meal. If you want just plain ol good stick to your ribs cooking then this is your kind of place! Fantastic meals at great not so bad prices. Had the Marine Corps reveille and it is a lot of food. Almost couldn't finish it off and I'm a food lover and my size would tell... More

This is a hard spot to overlook as it is on the main drag with max military memorabilia out front to attract the veterans. Anyone who served in the Cold War Era/Vietnam Era knows this food. I have a zippered chest as a result of a five by-pass to prove how much of this delicious, toxic food I had during... More

Quirky little restaurant with military service at its heart. Frank is a stitch! Food was good, service good and it was interesting to look at the military history hanging on the walls. Local hang-out for regulars.

I've been visiting Oak Harbor since I was a kid , and my hair is gray now. Tastier and more upscale breakfast places have existed in the past, but they've come and gone. Hopefully, "Frank's" will stay. Don't come for heart-healthy grub but if you want a BIG classic American breakfast (lunch, too) and you're not too finicky, this place... More

Frank's has a wide variety of breakfast well made. It's a bit pricey at $8.50 a plate on the average. The shrimp and grits was tasty and the Louisiana hot sausage was also good. But it's a little on the greasy side and the toast was oily.

The food is excellent as well as the service. The owner, Frank, is a retired Navy man...who has decorated his place with various Navy "things". He came to our table to introduce himself, and talk with the "guys" at our table...(Our son is in the Navy and he and his buddies go there frequently). We have only had the breakfasts... More
