Fresh Fish

Had several local people recommend this place for fresh sea food. We were told that they get their fish fresh from the boats and process it right next door to the restaurant. I had the sampler plate. Cod, Halibut and Salmon, all deep fried. It was supposed to be beer battered but it wasn't even close. It was some kind of bread crumb batter. Not good. The Salmon was horrid...couldn't eat it. The Halibut was iffy, at best. I've had better frozen fish from the super market. Service was good and friendly.... More

Everything here is deep-fried, unfortunately. Just doesn't seem right for salmon, especially. They do a nice job, and they use REAL plates and silverware (yay, environment!) Service is good. Because of the deep frying, we don't eat here often, but it is our to-go place for buying fresh fish and shellfish to take home and cook. Highest quality in the... More

While I work at Upscale Resale I often get asked by visitors where they can get a good bowl of clam chowder. So I tell them part of the menu and they say sold...where are the located?

Chowder and fish and chips are so good, we went there more often than our waistlines would have liked us to, but the seafood was irresistible! A little costly, but well worth it!

Overall not a bad place, and probably will go there again, but I had expected a bit more considering. The taste of our food was good, but there were a few quality issues which shouldn't have happened. Maybe the staff had too much fun bantering rather than watch the cooking. The mussels tasted good, but after eating one layer, there... More

The food taste great. The salad portions are pretty big. It is however a bit pricey so just keep that in mind.

Stopped here to pick up lunch to take to a friend and was surprised at how busy it was on a weekday afternoon. We were greeted immediately despite how busy the staff was and placed our to-go order. It was torture waiting the 15 minutes looking at everyone else's plates of yummy food. The staff here is so attentive -... More

Heard good reviews and from the locals a great place to have local fresh seafood! It sure was! The family has owned and operated this market for a long time and the food is fresh with many local seafood favorites and other alternate foods. Service is average, dinning area small and fills up quickly but, the food was amazingly awesome... More

Stopped on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch--place was busy but we were seated promptly. The golfer started with the seafood gumbo--packed with fish and piled high with baby shrimp--served with an excellent strip of focaccia loaded with garlic and Italian cheeses. Next came the steamed Manila clams and Penn Cove mussels; waiter forgot the bread but brought it... More
