Land at Flyers

Great craft beer and food with friendly service. Flyers has good craft beer and a great menu backing up their beer list. We started with the standard pub fare, fried onion rings which were enormous, along with humus which light and smooth. Going on to the main course our party had a nice steak... read more

Great food and great service! The in house brewery was a plus, great micro brews and ambiance. The waitress staff was top notch!

Flyers is a brewery. A brewery with terrific food. A casual atmosphere, this is the go-to place for business lunch, ladies who lunch, a quick sit down bite, family meal or an early dinner. I had delicious Penn Cove Mussels cooked in white wine and herbs that was perfect. Add one of their beers and you have reached simple nirvana.... More

Really friendly staff. Great beer! We had are ally good lunch. The highlight for me was the seafood medley in tomato sauce. It was the lunch special. The cheesecake was the largest I've seen in my life.

Seared prawns - yummy! Their Caesar Salad was awesome, and the service was friendly. The waitress was a little distracted and didn't give us back our credit card. We didn't discover that until we were about 6 hours away - we called the next day and had them cut up the card (we cancelled it immediately after discovering it was... More

Dropped to Flyers for dinner without reservations. It was the imprompto choice for a dinner and a movie date for this married couple. The wait was short and staff handled it well. Dinner was a pleasant surprise, prime rib and baked potato. Food was great and service was outstanding. All staff were friendly. Back on our list for a casual... More

The atmosphere and beer are always a plus here at this local hot spot! The food is sometimes incredibly tasty and other times it's lacking. The service is also usually on the slow side, so if you're in a hurry, this might not be the place to stop. However, if you're in the mood to just sit and enjoy some... More

This was a random choice that worked out well. The restaurant is down home with an aviation theme to match the naval air base nearby. They offer some excellent local draught beer, and a broad menu. My wife had a humongous burger, but she managed to finish it and enjoy it. I had the pot roast, which came with far... More

I always enjoy the food here and the aero-decorations and the Amelia Earhart women's room! The only issue I have with Flyers is that it has poor acoustics and it can get too noisy to hear what your partner is saying.
