There were 18 of us today. We had one waitress and she was good. My meal was very overpriced for what I got. My husband and I come here all the time, but today it was different. Can't figure out why or what happened. We usually get good service and excellent food. Today was very different.

One ferry out of commission.....backed up ferry traffic forever..........time for lunch.....food good (Ivars is an institution in Wa.) The waiter went the extra mile to help us as well as serve the food properly. He actually "saved the day" as this was a quick trip and a very tight schedule. Variety of seafood...good selection of moderately priced wines......sat inside by... More

Recently celebrated my birthday at Ivars while on vacation. The seafood and steak dinners were excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodated food allergies in our party. The location on the sound is fantastic especially when it's sunny and 80 degrees. Great food, service, and fun!

Delicious seafood. Free parking available at the lot across the street. Be sure to have your parking "ticket" validated at the restaurant. We had a crab appetizer that was so good we wanted to lick the plate! Salmon burger had flaked fresh salmon and was out of this world. Fish fry had a light breading and was huge. Try the... More

Crab bisque was amazing! Bacon wrapped scallops were spectacular, as the scallops were perfectly cooked, yet the bacon was beautifully crispy. Crap encrusted halibut was just ever so slightly overcooked to my liking, but the spinach was perfectly done and the garlic potatoes to die for. My wife had the trio of crab cake, grilled halibut and cedar plank salmon... More

I've eaten at the upscale restaurant I Mukilteo Landing a few times, and the atmosphere was very nice. The seafood was delicious as usual as to be expected from Ivar's. The view of the water and the ferries going back and forth was very scenic. The pricing for this kind of restaurant is typical, though I think it's kind of... More

Ivars serves quality seafood. I don't care for some of their dishes, more because I don't like my fish with lots of fluff, but the food is good at a fairly reasonable price. The location, overlooking the bay and ferry dock is beautiful. The peanut butter pie was scrumptious! The service was good. Our waiter was personable with a sense... More

We make a point of eating at Ivar's Landing whenever we are in the Pacific Northwest. Their fish and chips are the best and you can't beat the view looking out over the sound. They have a great Happy Hour from 4-6 p.m. and, as I recall, from 9-12 p.m. Also, check out the walk up bar outside where you... More
