Food is absolutely terrible. Don't go here! ;) Arrived 8 on a Friday night. Packed, huge wait. Went and got a drink down the street figuring things would thin out as it was already pretty late for dinner. Either Indian people like to eat late or this place is too small for the demand or both because when we came... More

terrible service. owner is a very rude and unprofessional. if you're going with children, expect horrible service. they discriminate against families with children, large groups, and those of asian decent (and asian/indian). the food is good but not worth the terrible service.

I'm not sure what people are comparing this to, but there is much better Indian called Saffron. We have been eating there for years. I'm not sure if this place gets their ingredients from another place or what the deal is. The waiter couldn't even pronounce the menu properly. The mango lasse we got tasted like the yogurt was rotten.... More

Growing up in San Francisco we were exposed to a seemingly unending palette of cuisines from which to choose from for dining out experiences. Chinese, Italian, Korean, Thai and others were all a part of my growing up experiences. But Indian somehow escaped me, until just recently. A friend suggested we go to Clay Pit for lunch, and being the... More

Very good Indian food. However, one day after already having dinner at home my kids and I went in to get appetizers and desserts to blow time before a Dr.'s appointment. I felt my services were not good that day. An older woman who seated us grabbed the menu's away after we told her what we wanted, and never came... More

This is by far one of the best Indian restaurants I've been too and one of the only two I frequent now. Authentic tasting and very fresh. You'll have no surprises on if you'll like your food or if it'll taste good. My favorite is the tandoori lamb or some call it lamb masala. I also love the potato nan... More

I arrived with 1 coworker for early brunch at 11am on 25FEB and we're waiting for about 20 min for 3rd partner to join Despite requesting table from waitress we were not attended and host or manager or owner as I'd known her for past 4 years tried to avoid us as if we were not expected to be there....
