I went to Claim Jumper because I love their salad bar in San Diego. Oops I didn't see one at this Claim Jumper. I just assumed all of them had a salad bar. I didn't have to wait long to be seated and the service was nice and friendly. I ordered the Prime Rib dinner which came with a baked... More

We brought our son out to dinner before taking him to the airport. He definitely left FULL! We were impressed that the manager even stopped by to ask about our meal and provided my husband with an "to go" chicken pot pie as his wasn't HOT. Our server provided great service and kept checking with back with us.

The food here is quite delicious however, if you are not a big eater, then best to share the food. They come in big! Most people have a doggie bag when they leave. Definitely get the chocolate dessert which is like a footlong of moist chocolate cake layered!!! The chicken pot pie is quite salty. The sliders came in 4... More

If one wants a good sit down lunch before or after some shopping at the mall this is the place. A large establishment with a full bar and a big menu. The atmosphere is fancy casual...Lots of wood, high ceilings and pictures of stuff having to do with mining...We arrived shortly after lunch service began so it was no problem... More

Celebrated several birthdays/anniversaries together as a family of 11 here. We have gluten-free and/or dairy free, vegetarian and 'eat everything' members in our family so it's difficult to find a restaurant we can all enjoy together. After reviewing the menu online, including the gluten-free menu, Claim Jumper seemed to fit the bill. Reservations were accepted, though it appears perhaps they... More

Eaten here a few times while shopping at the mall, and it's always been good. Nice service, large tables, and tons of food. Menu is huge, salads are great. Can be lined up at prime time, but they give you pagers so it's not too bad.

Went to dinner with a group of 15. Many restaurants can't keep up with good service for large groups, but the wait staff here did a great job. Food reached the table in a reasonable time and orders were mostly correct with just one meal incorrect. It impressed me that they caught the error before the dish got to the... More
