Just like mother made. Being of Hungarian decent and visiting Budapest the cabbage rolls were made and taste just like they were made in the old country. Don’t expect a large menu when eating Hungarian

I grew up 6 years in Germany/Austria, my husband often went to a Hungarian restaurant in New York City. We find the food at Budapest Bistro to be authentic, delicious, and well worth going. We have been 5 times already in 2 weeks. Every dish we have tried, and we have tried most all of them, has been well made... More

Dropped by this cute little bistro for dinner, no enjoyed it very much. Being of hungarian descent, I knew what to expect. Food was amazing, dessert delish. Service was a little strange. Meaning, the waitress must have been new, she never brought menus,(although, I knew there were some, because I saw them when we paid). She seemed a little frazzled,... More

in 1967, when I was 10 (almost 11!), we drove from long island to akron, ohio to go to a cousin's bar mitzvah. His mother's side of the family is hungarian, and around 10pm one night, his aunt decided that it was a perfect time to make chicken paprikash. There us kids sat in the dining room in our pajamas,... We were starving after our trip to the Flying Heritage museum, and felt lucky to find reviews for this nearby spot. We had our choice of entree, starch and soup or salad. I got the Hunter's Chicken with salad and spaetzle. Very tasty and filling. I was also able to order a German grapefruit juice and beer beverage which was... More

I had a gulash soup and a paprikash chicken. Meals with memories... I likes that place. Simple and tasty. Non industrial. . Home made.

We started to look for a lunch place after visiting the air museum at Paine Field, and stumbled upon this place. Very good, authentic lunch, included salad, entree', sides. Friendly folks happy to serve and welcome you!

The food here is authentic Hungarian. Visited two times now having the chicken paprikash, wienerschnitzel, Lecho, cabbage roles and sausage. All of which are very good; my favorites have been the sausage and schnitzel. A large selection of nice desserts as well as imported food(chocolates, preserves, ...)

I love to stop here for lunch. They usually have one or two entrees written on the whiteboard to choose from, so on any day there's not a lot of variety. If you want variety, come back tomorrow and it will be something different. Everything I've tried here has been very good.

Lunch about $12, dinner around $15 Simple menu, but everything that we tried was delicious! I had the wiener schnitzel with spatzle, my husband tried the soup, some chicken and stuffed peppers and than dessert. We took half of it home, we also bought in house baked bread and in house made sausages. This place is vegetarian and vegan friendly.... More
