Would definitely recommend this small, but lively Hawaiian-themed place! Good, fresh fish and chips and fish tacos. You can carry-out, eat inside or outside, park your car within sight if you have a dog with you(as we did), and later walk the dog in the nice park across the street!

Fresh fish, good prices and fast service. I did not like the picnic bench/table that are attached. It is basically a walk-in take out place with a few tables inside and out

Stopped in before even open and the very nice lady (sorry don't know her name she moved there 2 years ago after coming down for a 2 week vacation and moved there!!) let us come in and get fresh seafood. Cleaned our crab & the fresh clams were awesome!!!

Good fish and chips (rockfish) served with coleslaw at colorful picnic tables inside and outside. No coffee but bottled or canned cold drinks available. A good menu which includes other fish and shellfish items. Also an adjacent fish market with a great selection of fresh-caught seafood. Credit cards accepted.

After cruising the main drag at Long Beach checking out the tourist traps we were feeling a little hungry and spotted this little place just behind the cop shop. It's a fish vendor with a restaurant combined. Motive is kind of "by the beach" Coney Island style with pastelly painted picnic tables for seating inside and out. Clean and bright.... More

I had rockfish and chips and it was edible but far from being really good. The fries were pretty good but the breading on the fish was heavy, bland, and greasy. My wife had chowder and thought it was good.

we were in search for fresh seafood and happened upon this little treasure. while the restaurant food looked good, we wanted to cook our own. we came away with sturgeon, and oysters. also available was dungeoness crab, shrimp, albacore. no rockfish this day because weather has prohibited fishing WILL go back.

How to put this, there isn't anything wrong, but other than the really tasty Dungeness crab cocktail, there's nothing to write home about. Lots and lots of batter on the fish from the fish and chips. Fresh fish, though. So less batter, more fish, ok? Didn't like the potato salad, the chips (fries) were pretty good. The décor is "cheap... More

The chowder was amazing. (look out Mo's) Very simple setting, seating at picnic tables and floding chairs didn't make us want to stay long but the food was very god and the fish was fresh.
