I liked The Lost Roo a lot. My "Roo-ben" had great meat and a huge basket of fries, the drinks were really good, and the cost was not exorbitant. It felt very Washington, with a hefty does of Australian flare. It was a neat, local casual-dining place. I will definitely be back my next time in Long Beach.

What a great restaurant and service. The only reason I would personally go back to Long Beach Wa. The best clam chowder I have ever had. Thanks Mark for providing such a great place to eat and have a cold one! Go Seahawks! Seahawk Mike

Had fish dinner, good and a super waitress. My daughter and I had a good time. Have been here before with my son and his family.

We had the special, which was grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup. I wasn't excited about getting tomato soup, but was pleasantly surprised. It was more tomato basil soup and they are not afraid of using fresh herbs. It was delicious. The sandwich was great, too.

Recently changed the menu and we were not happy that my favorite meal is changed, prices raised a bit. This place is always packed out, we hope they don't fall into the notion that they can raise prices and let the quality slip. They will lose us an probably many others.

Excellent food, large menu, and friendly, courteous servers. Very good value for the $$. Food ranged from salads, burgers, steak, pasta and of course sea food dishes. I had the prime rib and the ale steamed clams (yummy). Plus a variety of specialty drinks and ale's. Will definitely return here next time.

On June 7th we stopped at the Lost Roo for the second or third time while in the Cape Disappointment area. It is a warm welcoming comfortable restaurant with excellent pub grub - actually way above pub grub but with a happy atmosphere. While at the bar I got a "PERFECT" perfect dirty rob roy. It was happy hour and... More

large, open, sports bar atmosphere (screens here and there), with tables and booth-- a separate bar area with high tables, young staff... raising their prices (they said) as I was charged $8 for a glass of sauv blanc that was $6.50 on the menu (they took it off when I complained). daily meat specials, large filling portions, unseasoned fish and... We came in the winter, and went back the following night because we enjoyed ourselves so much. It isn't typical "bar food" like some reviewers complained about, yeah there's nachos and burgers, but there's also mac and cheese with salmon, cioppino, steak and crab cakes. Things you don't find in a bar, and everything is quite tasty. Service was fabulous.... More
