Lucky Ducky

Ambiance a bit sparse, but food was quality fare. Crab Rangoon appetizer was well-balanced. "Happy" duck was crisp and tasty with an interesting, jalapeno-accentuated dipping sauce (traditional sweet and sour sauce was also available if you prefer less heat). Prompt, friendly service.

Exceptional hole in the wall Thai food. This place is a hidden gem in Long Beach and makes many dishes better in comparison to other Thai restaurants. Their tom yum soup with pho noodles is one of my favorites, along with their beef jerky and clear noodle dish. The regular popular Thai dishes are also fantastic. Recommend. Make sure to... More

Went to LBTC for dinner with friends. After being seated and had our order taken, our dinners arrived one plate at a time with about a 5 minute interval between plates. But after waiting more than 1 1/2 hours for the food to arrive, we were hungry. Then the waitress serves one plate to the wrong person and when questioned... More

Best pad see ew. We drove by and notice this place. The best part was our server. Her family owns it and she was probably the best server in years. Extremely caring. Also who doesn't love thai chicken fingers!

Oh my! Oh my! I had gotten take out here a couple of times, Pad Thai, but who doesn't do good Pad Thai? And I'd had their Tom Kah, which was excellent but this weekend. I went with my sister and we had the Green Curry, which had been highly recommended by another "eatin' buddy" and I tried the Pineapple... More

As many have said this place isn't much to look at outside or inside..don't be fooled! The food more than makes up for the lack of ambiance..This was our first time there and because I got to Long Beach occasionally I definitely look forward to going there every time I am in the area..We had the Green Curry with chicken... Heard great things about this place from locals. They said not to judge it from the outside and boy were they correct. It isn't much to look at from the inside either, but the food is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and order it with a little spice. My wife doesn't like much heat and enjoyed her Pad Knee Mao... More

The food was good and the service was especially friendly to the children. Brought plates to share with kids at no charge. Would go again

So, we visited the Long Beach Thai again and ordered 2 stars instead of zero. I don't like hot spicey, but this place keeps things mild, so 2 stars was perfect. The food went from good to fantastic. One new dish we tried that has to rate in the top of all thai dishes we have tried (including in Thailand)... More

Pretty good visit but my husband went second time while I was out of town. said it was very busy and his chicken was a little under... More
