We've eaten here several times, often sharing a meal because they are so generous. The menu is varied and yet everything we've ever ordered has been delicious. The atmosphere is cozy, friendly, and usually busy, though we've never had a long wait. Great variety of omelets, and I love the corn pancakes. They are like nothing I've had anywhere else.

Definitely the place to go for a more than hearty breakfast when on the peninsula. Can be crowded with a waiting line at times due to popularity. Portions are more than generous and will probably last you the rest of the day.

We stopped here on our way out of town after a week at the kite festival. They are very busy and don't bother with a waiting list. There is a rope by the front door and you line up behind it. We saved a little time by agreeing to sit at the 3 person counter where the owner was also... More

Small little house made into a cafe. There is limited seating so if you don't want to wait outside (no waiting area inside), get there early. Lots of choices for breakfast that should meet anyone's needs. our group had pancakes and eggs, chicken fried steak and eggs, the "taco" omelette (just what you are thinking), The skillet (hashbrowns, and eggs... You may have to line up and wait on a busy morning, it'll be worth it. Portions are massive and every thing is good. I always struggle between marionberry pancakes and potato pancakes because they're both so good, but can barely finish half of any item they serve. A Laurie's breakfast is a must for every visit to the peninsula,... More

The food was good, for the most part. The service was so-so at best. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a diner in the middle of a fishing town, but I would probably choose a different place next time.

WOW!! Portions are large. Prices in the 10 dollar range. They stay busy and patrons are often backed out the door waiting for a table - especially on weekends. I enjoyed a great blue cheese and bacon omelet and my wife a breakfast burrito. I observed that all the plates that came from the kitchen were full. The toilet facilities... More

We initially thought the pricing was a bit high, but didn't realize how large the portions were. We easily could have (SHOULD HAVE) shared a breakfast, which brings the price way down. The food was tasty, had some local influence, and the service was good. Bring your appetite!
