You went down a flight of stairs to find a small place with good food. We were lucky enough to be there for prime rib night. It was served buffet style with salad bar and baked potato--yum!

I had a beer brat with German potato salad and it was absolutely delish! My hubby had the cheeseburger and that was yummy too. Great selection in their soup bar and beer selection as well. Great for lunch while walking around downtown Leavenworth!

It IS located in a basement. It's a good place to eat some comfort food. The burgers are huge! Very casual place, simple decor. Interesting bit - people who visit there started signing dollars and taping them to the wall. You'll find other currencies as well.

Decent soup and wraps. Soups were underwhelming and watery split pea soup but, the chicken wrap had good flavor.

This is a little dive with pretty good brats. The rest of the items were mediocre, rolls were very doughy. Service was excellent.

When my family and I were in Leavenworth last time, we visited the soup cellar. Not a mistake! The staff were awesome! My reuban was nice and warm, but not scalding hot, and the rest of my family couldn't stop raving about how great it was! Will definitely be back!

The employees and the food were the best. Had to eat lunch and dinner there. Will go there again even if we go for just a day trip.

We have been here several times over the last few years. Nice little place in the cellar near the town center. Good food and good soup...pleasant staff as well.

They have a very good Prime Rib, all you can eat, dinner for $19.99 on the weekends. I was slightly weary about it since prime rib on the buffet a lot of times is not seasoned, is over cooked or is given out in micro servings. None of the above was true about this dinner. The Prime Rib was cooked... More
