We just tried this restaurant, for something new. We love German food and were curious about what all the hype was...the lines are huge! We paid $20 dollars for two brats and sodas. Not a bad value; howevever, it was about the same as a polish sausage at Costco. In fact, I believe they used the same sauerkraut. Cleanliness was... More

It was nice finding a unique spot amongst so many usual touristy things… which I guess could be said about this as well. As far as we could tell, the only seating was outdoors which is just what we wanted anyway. You ordered your food when you first get there - not many options but the essentials were there and... Our extended family visited in August, and although most of us loved the place, two did not! But then, they don't like German sausages or 'real' beer (they prefer Coors Light ...) If you do like those things, this place can't be beat. It is entirely outdoor seating (they've installed table-top gas heaters at many tables for colder days/evenings), the... More

Loved the Brats & Beer & Music. The only draw back were the flies, but I'm sure it was the time of year.

There are a lot of options in Leavenworth, but mostly sit down and wait type places. But if you are looking for good food, and quick service in the heart of Leavenworth, this place is great. They have a lot of different sausage combinations and the atmosphere is perfect for Leavenworth and the food. It has outdoor seating and a... More

Our family stopped at Munchen Haus for lunch after a long morning of shopping in town. The outdoor fire pits were a draw on the chilly day. There was a line at the counter, but it moved quickly. We ordered our sausages and sat at a fiery table. We really enjoyed the warm spot, but you’ll want to keep small... More

The sausages there were really good. So many different types of mustards, and the apple sauerkraut was fantastic

Fun, lively outdoor cafe with good sausages! You definitely feel like you are in Europe and the food is scrumptious! Very informal, great place to take kids. Sometimes there can be a long line, so plan ahead if it is a busy week in Leavenworth.

The Big Bob Bratwurst is awesome. Load it up with a nice selection of mustards and fresh sauerkraut. This is like going to Germany. Yum.

We had the jalapeño wurst, big bob wurst, and a curry wurst. All wurst were good, but the curry wurst was best. Marita is from Germany and the beer garden is very much like Germany. Very dog friendly all over town. Great time! Live music would be fantastic.
