My wife and I had a long day traveling to Leavenworth so we were looking for a quiet relaxing place to have dinner. This restaurant was exactly what we were looking for. An added plus was the excellent food we were served.

Food was plentiful, well-prepared, absolutely delicious, and very authentic. We both had the Jaegerschnitzel, and savored every bite--we felt like we were back in Germany! Our waitress was delightful, and the ambiance was very upper-scale, especially considering the very reasonable prices. Would gladly go back for more.

This is always the first, and often the only restaurant we visit when in Leavenworth. The food is amazing! They have the most wonderful German salad sampler we have ever had at any restaurant. Everything on the menu that we have tried has be delicious. They also have a young piano player that does a very nice job. If you... More

We usually eat dinner at Andrea's Kellar located on the lower level in the same building - both restaurants are owned by the same family. Andrea's is more "gast-haus" like while Mozart's is more restaurant like. Both offer excellent service but a different menu, and the food is reasonably priced. We wanted sauerbraten that evening and that is only offered... More

The duck was rubbery, the red cabbage extremely sour (as in too much vinegar) the spatzle was starchy and the veal Wienerschnitzel was dry and the breading soggy. The service was OK at best. I can not recommend this restaurant. I lived over 8 years in Austria and Germany and was there again recently, so I am familiar with good... More

German meals as you would expect. Having eaten in a German restaurant last night in Radium, B.C., we compared. The spaetzle was better and the mushroom sauce was not nearly as good. Friendly service, good location on main street. Umpa music on the street.

I had a very enjoyable dinner at Cafe Mozart-possibly being on a weeknight was a positive point. I loved the sauerbraten-so tender and flavorful-along with the red cabbage and dumplings and German wine. I also loved the music in the background (haha-no not Mozart but very easy to listen to and not overpowering). The service was very good----I would definitely... More

Mozart was a interesting restaurant; the service was very good but the food wasn't really our type of food. I am sure it was well prepared but the several kinds of potatoes and the sauce on the tenderloin wasn't to my liking. We were seated outside on a very narrow balcony which was kind of cool but no one else... More

Service was extremely slow and it was not busy. Food was mediocre, both the pork tenderloin and the sauerbraten. We had higher expectations after hearing this was one of the best restaurants in Leavenworth.

This is a nice German style restaurant, but be aware it has a lot of stairs, may be difficult for those with knee problems. Food is good, my favorite is the pea & bacon salad (just like my Oma made).
