Just being in Leavenworth sets you up for doing all things Bavarian while you are taking it in. The restaurant was recommended by a friend so we tried it for dinner. Even though it is in a celler it is easy enough to find as Leavenworth is pretty small. All three of us were enjoying our orders and passing 'tastes'... More

While a lot of their food is good, my husband and I have got our order narrowed to what we think is the best off their menu. We have been there almost 10 times, since we visit Leavenworth almost twice a year. We order the schnitzel, but change the pork to chicken, and it is awesome! We also change the... More

We have been here before and always feel the same, that we will return for more when we are in town. They have done us good every time and we took friends with us this time and they loved and said they would return.

German food was good, but not excellent. Portions on the smaller side for the price. The accordion player made for a very loud dining experience, as it echoes in the restaurant. It made you want to hurry up & finish, so you could leave for some peace & quiet.

I was sold on eating here when I saw a review saying they served Spezi (coke/fanta mix). I grew up in Germany and loved this drink (which is a lot sweeter than I remember). Loved the booth seating as well; very cute. The food was equally as great and I wish we were staying longer so I could try more... More

Arriving in Leavenworth, WA just about dinner time found us searching for the right place to have some German food. We finally settled on Andreas keller for schnitzel and a beer. My beer was a an on tap heifeweizwer, very nice beer. Dinner was the Sahne Schnitzel (pork Cutler w/ light cream sauce) and fried potatoes.......I am not the German... More

Cute restaurant but I chose the Bavarian meatloaf and was disappointed. My husband had the goulash and he enjoyed it. The accordion player was a nice addition.

This is the 3rd time I have been to the Andreas Keller. The ambiance is nice, the beer is good, the desert is good, and the spaetzle is really, really good. But I go for the schnitzel. Their cream sauce is good, it is just the meat. It has been tough & stringy all 3 times. I spent 5 years... More

I have enjoyed Andreas Keller several times over the years. it was always great, but these last two visits were even better. All the staff treats you like old friends. Our server, Rita, is the best! She knows the menu and offers right-on advice. We never had to wait for attention. The food is delicious and the portions large enough... More
