This little corner of the world is peaceful and beautiful on a sunny summer day. We sat on the patio with friends which faces the canal and watched boats sliding by on a gorgeous Washington afternoon. Food was excellent. Service was great. The clam chowder is really much better than the more "famous" ones here like Ivar's and Anthony's. Shrimp... More

We had a great birthday dinner at this restaurant!!! Although there were lots of restaurants to choose from, we decided on this one as they had a Happy Hour - four course meal from 4-6 daily for $20 per person. We had a table outside on the water and although it was overcast, it was lovely to watch the water... More

I tried this restaurant for the first time back in 2010 when I was looking for a caterer for our wedding. We wanted to serve our guests a nice meal without blowing our whole wedding budget on food. Most of the other businesses I contacted wanted $25 to $30 a plate for the meal we wanted to serve. La Conner... More

We stopped here for a late lunch. It was a gorgeous, sunny day so we sat outside. The view of the river and bridge were spectacular on this great day. I do wish they had umbrellas at more of the tables, since some of our group (5 total) had to bake in the sun. The food was served quickly by... More

We attended a work function upstairs. They seemed to be new at this type of service as they made a lot of little mistakes. There were no tongs in the buffet appetizers, so we had to use our fingers to put the food on our plates, which was very unsanitary. There were no napkins on the tables. They handed out... More

Good food at reasonable prices- the fish & chips are fresh & excellent - if you don't want a mountain of chips ask for fewer chips & more coleslaw. House wine comes in large glasses with good portions. Great friendly service. Ask for a booth at the back overlooking the channel or sit out on the deck weather permitting. Blankets... More

Always amazing food. Fabulous French fries. The first time in years I ate every French fry! Their salmon sandwich was juicy and expertly seasoned with a basil aioli. My husband had the coconut prawns with the best sauce, chopped jalapeños and onions in a thin sweet spicy dipping sauce. I made him share the sauce with me to dip the... More

The food was good yet the service made it taste so much better. Our mini family reunion was enhanced by the attention to our needs, our wants and out palates. Kari made suggestions, kept us informed and provided a memory-making evening on the deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience. To top it off , Kari sent a thank you... More

I've always enjoyed going to this restaurant. The service is good as well as the food. The added bonus is the view of the water. If the weather is warm enough I try to sit outside on the deck.

This is one of our favorite local restaurants. As we came early, we were able to sit outside on the deck overlooking the Swinomish channel. This time of year the temperatures are iffy for outdoors, but it was a warm day and sitting outside was perfect. I ordered the rib eye steak, rare, which I do only if I know... More
