These seem to be the scone to eat in the Skagit valley as you can purchase them in multiple locations. I grew up eating scones at the Puyallup Fair, memories are tough to beat. I prefer my scones unadulterated with lots of butter and honey, these are passable.

Staff was super friendly and helpful; not a huge choice in baked goods, but coffee was good. Store could do with a bit of tidying up.

For the followers of the former "Scone Lady" be advised. THIS BAKERY IS NOT SELLING The "Original" Scone Lady's scones. The "ORIGINAL" scone lady has come out of retirement and still bakes, but only supplies presently to 3 locations. La Crema Coffee in La Conner, Northwest Coffee in Anacortes and the Java Joint in Arlington.

The only bad thing about this place is that once you've had these scones, nothing can even come close! I'm not sure what the secret is, but nothing compares. I've traveled all over the world partaking in scones and afternoon tea, and since my visit tonThe Scone Lady, all other scones pale in comparison. Make the trip- drive across the... More

My husband and I were recently in La Conner, WA for our anniversary. We discovered the Scone Lady near our hotel on the afternoon that we arrived. We enjoyed a conversation with her and said that we would be back in the morning to get some scones. When we returned the following morning, we were treated to wonderful aromas from... More
