We happened upon La Conner during the busy tulip season with no plans and no information. There was a long wait at every restaurant for lunch. We picked the Waterfront Café for its location. The hostess did a great job making sure folks were greeted in order and seated in order - even if she had to wonder around the... More

This was our first time to La Conner and arrived at the Waterfront Cafe within about 10 minutes of hitting town, looking for a hearty meal after traveling down from the border. The town itself seemed quiet which is what we expected for a Monday. The Cafe is on the waterfront side of a mini-mall. Only one of the shops... More

Some really great fish and chips and my wife enjoyed the bowl of clam chowder. It is located right on the waterfront and provided quite a view. The staff was very quick and attentive and the food was really good for the price. Will definitely eat again when we come back in the spring :)

We recently visited La Conner and chose to have lunch at the Waterfront Cafe. Our food was good but we felt it was very expensive-more like dinner prices. The view is awesome and service was very good. Love La Conner but next time I think we will look for more of a "locals" type" place for our fish and seafood... More

Great patio that's pet friendly. Had an awesome seafood salad with shrimp & crab. Lots of crab as well! Husband had Elvis Burger, it was good, someone had chicken strips & enjoyed as well. Another had the seafood chowder; said was good but had better! Worth a stop, especially for the patio. Very pleasant wait staff.

The first time we ate here we ordered their Best Fish and Chips...and three years later it's still our favorite...well, we haven't tried anything else. :) The owners are the friendliest in town and always go the extra mile to make us happy. We love this restaurant and rate it best for a lunch in the sun outside or inside... More

We have eaten at all the restaurants available for lunch in La Conner and have to say that this is #1. I ordered a Grilled Salmon Burger that not only looked great, but tasted wonderful. The sauce they offer with it on the side was also very good. I was worried that it would have a giant burger bun, but... More

We ate lunch here, on the deck and it was very pleasant out there. I got a burger and fries, and it was ok. It was not much better than fast food, and much more expensive. IMy husband had a salad and soup and said it was good. I ordered cake for dessert, and the cake was very dry.,

The Waterfront Cafe is easily missed as there was only an advertisement board on the side walk. The pull for me was 'best fish and chips'. We decided to give it a try for lunch and I'm glad we did. We were welcomed and asked if we could sit by the water, the hostess said we could sit anywhere. Even... More

We had the delightful opportunity to spend 4th July at this fabulous restaurant. Located right on the water (and when I say "right on the water", I mean RIGHT on the water!), it offers everything a hungry traveller could want. Plus some. Our hosts were divine, attending to our every need. I can really recommend the ribs ... melt in... More
