Surprisingly, this restaurant has wonderful Greek food. It's a local hangout with a good bar, fun service and a variety of typical American food, but the Greek part of the menu offerings is really good. Good place for breakfast as well.

Friendly people, large portions and an older, almost diner like setting are what await you at this full service restaurant. It specializes in Greek foods but he breakfasts that we enjoyed were more traditional and were terrific

We have been to Georges Place, in downtown Kirkland, many times. George's is always reliable for good service and good food. Breakfast with friends is comfortable with a large number of good choices. We were there with a very large group at lunchtime and they accommodated us very well in a semi- private room. This is a family owned restaurant... More

My wife had the Baklava Pancakes, and claimed they were the best pancakes she has ever had. My western omelet (along with hashbrowns and wheat toast) was good as well. Overall, expectations were exceed. Good food, clean restaurant, nice atmosphere, not too long a wait on a Sunday morning.

First, being visitors to Kirkland, many people directed us to George's as one of their favorite restaurants. A vast array of items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts and a full bar should allow anyone to find what they like to eat at any meal. Our meals were quite tasty and service was excellent. The only exception was the amount of sodium... More

Headed down to George's for Sunday brunch after a coworker repeatedly encouraged me to try it out. The restaurant was busy but there were clearly open tables available. The wait time to be seated was reasonable and we got water and coffee very quickly. And then our dining experience became a meal of waiting. First to place our order, then... More

I was hoping for a fine local breakfast was disappointed. The prices are OK and the selection pretty good, but the coffee was awful (end of the pot perhaps) and the silverware not clean. My egg was fine but the bacon was not good.

Stayed overnight in Kirkland on business and was searching for a top notch breakfast joint online. I gave up, and decided to just go somewhere close to where I was. George's seemed busy. I was greeted promptly and the server was quick to attend to he and made a great latte. I ordered the Greek eggs Benedict. It was served... More

George's is an institution in Kirkland. I have been here so many times over the years. Yes, my eyes might be tainted from breakfasts with my grandparents, but I can honestly say that you can't go wrong with George's for breakfast. Their coffee is exceptional. The omelets are great.

Just got back from lunch there (Thursday, early afternoon) with my son. I had the Lamb Pita and specifically asked for NO ONIONS. The starter Chicken-Rice-Lemon soup was good, but basically cream of chicken soup with rice and very little lemon. The pita arrived - one pita topped with 6 small chunks of very gristly, fat lamb, overcooked, chopped tomatoes,... More
