Stayed overnight in Kirkland on business and was searching for a top notch breakfast joint online. I gave up, and decided to just go somewhere close to where I was. George's seemed busy. I was greeted promptly and the server was quick to attend to he and made a great latte. I ordered the Greek eggs Benedict. It was served... More

George's is an institution in Kirkland. I have been here so many times over the years. Yes, my eyes might be tainted from breakfasts with my grandparents, but I can honestly say that you can't go wrong with George's for breakfast. Their coffee is exceptional. The omelets are great.

Just got back from lunch there (Thursday, early afternoon) with my son. I had the Lamb Pita and specifically asked for NO ONIONS. The starter Chicken-Rice-Lemon soup was good, but basically cream of chicken soup with rice and very little lemon. The pita arrived - one pita topped with 6 small chunks of very gristly, fat lamb, overcooked, chopped tomatoes,... More

I have long been on a search for a fantastic BLT, one reminiscent of the kind of sandwich to make my taste buds sing with the proper lettuce, tomato, mayo, whole grain bread, and most important, bacon. I've swallowed many sandwiches with throat-piercing bits of bacon. Not so at George's. I think it helps that they start off with a... More

I've only eaten breakfast here but the omelets are delish! Lots of variety, great healthy options for those of us watching our waistlines and super friendly staff. Great way to start off the weekend or to refill after a run along the lake!

Slow service, great food, but be there early on weekends. Sit at the bar if its crowed. Good bar, and a local favorite--I miss Geoge-but we all carry one.

It's been here forever, and it just keeps on going. The food is good, not adventurous at all. Sometimes, when they're really busy (most weekend mornings), the services is a little slow. Otherwise, we pop in for a quick lunch during the work week occasionally.

Great for breakfast and very kid friendly. Kind hostess and wait staff attended to the picky needs of our little ones. Long time Kirkland staple, love this place.

I have lived in Kirkland for almost 8 years. We were lucky that we found this place soon after we moved to Kirkland. I absolutely love this place. You will often find mama in the kitchen whipping up whatever she feels like based on whatever was fresh at the market in the morning. They specialize in Greek and Italian food.... More

Over the years we have been to George's many times. While they did improve the decor 3-4 years ago, the food is still the same -- large portions, average food. There's really nothing new or inventive here. Guys with big stomachs and large appetites will love this restaurant. It will fill you up. If you're looking for something a little... More
