Cactus keeps tex mex from becoming boring by heightening the flavour combos and adding interesting, unique ingredients. This is a fun place to meet with friends. Veg options are tasty, too.

Have been here many times for a quick bite or lingering with friends, and it has never disappointed. Recently had dinner before going to a class, and had a delicious dinner. I had their current special of Christmas tamales, with red and green chili. So savory, and just the right amount of heat. My husband had a special chicken taco... More

Looked forward to checking out this place but was disappointed. I hate restaurants that use "spicy" as an excuse for poor quality. If you just want your mouth to burn while you're eating, this place is for you. Give your patrons more options for Southwest food WITHOUT coating everything with "spice" and I may return. FYI, check out Z Tajas... More

Truly outstanding Mexican flavors and exquisite preparation. Tables are too squished together, but that's what happens when a place gets buried with eager customers and wants to try to serve as many people as possible. Salsa is my barometer for a Mexican restaurant, and Cactus scores highly in this, too.

The location and food are both great. There is usually a wait to get seated, but it is worth it. The tables outside are also great spots.

Met some girlfriends for lunch. It was a cold day outside, so we asked to be seated in a booth looking out the massive windows. You can tell that when it's nice and warm out, they'll open those up to the outdoor patio. The ambiance was warm, staff was friendly. If you're gluten-free, ask for the gluten-free menu (always a... We went on a Saturday night and had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, so we visited nearby shops. Our server was attentive and helpful. The salsa and chips arrived quickly and were fresh and tasty. The shrimp fajitas came with many condiments - all freshly made with peak flavor. The tables were crowded but the atmosphere was... Went in Friday at 6:15 and it was busy, put our names in and went in the bar. They have a modest selection of tequilas but a good variety. We had a nice, prompt server.
