Extreme value for money. Old style family run cafe that serves huge portions that are so well prepared. The killer Chicken Fried Steak is big enough for two. The batter is spiced just right and it is not overcooked like most places. Did I mention the portions are huge? On weekends expect to wait for a table 10-20 minutes as... More

My family has eaten at Couzin's on a number of occasions. My wife and I most frequently call our order in, grabbing a hamburger to-go and share it on the road. Their burgers are so big that we find it difficult to finish even one between us. The food is delicious and the staff are very nice. It's like visiting... More

And they're always busy. Couzin's has quite a loyal local following and for a good reason. There was about a 15 minute wait to be seated when I was there but once seated the service was prompt and the breakfast came out quickly. The food was good but nothing jumped out at me to encourage a 5 star rating

The food here is great and so is the service. My order came back quickly and was absolutely delicious. Another nice bonus was that the waitress didn't mysteriously stop topping off my coffee after giving me my check (this has been an annoyance at other breakfast spots). Unfortunately, I found the decor a bit wanting (honestly kind of depressing). Also,... More

This was my third visit to Couzin's Cafe for breakfast. I took my grandsons who enjoyed their meals and we all thought it was a great breakfast with large portions for a small price. Service was very attentive and fast. The pancakes were yummy as were the hash browns (extremely generous portion) and eggs. I have also enjoyed the scrambles... More

This is a diner style restaurant with a fantastic breakfast menu along with price. It has the best pancakes I have ever had in a restaurant. Of the different pancakes offered, get the Blueberry Pancakes. There are so many blueberries its like having pancakes with your blueberries. Yesterday I had a prime rib omelette. The portion was so large I... More

I come to the Seattle area regularly and try to eat there every time I'm on the Eastside. Their portions are very large - I always end up taking half home it seems. Their prices are commensurate with the size of the portions and it is always hot and fresh. The servers are friendly and efficient. I enjoy it immensely...I... More

Struck it rich again! I love it when I find a hidden gem like Couzin's Cafe. I've been there three times now, all three times for breakfast. The coconut pancakes are flat out amazing. The best I've ever had. The banana pancakes are a close second. The waitress told me the coconut pancake recipe was created by her dad, who... More

Went to Couzin's for the first time today. This place has huge portions. I had the chicken fried steak. It was hand breaded and fried to perfection. It was served with a huge side of hash browns and two eggs. The service was great. You will not leave this place hungry.
