Go there when you are hungry! Try the French Dip..have them go easy on the horseradish. The milk shakes are excellent. Good burgers, great salads and several chicken and pork options. Huge selections of condiments/hot sauces. Service is fast and the prices are reasonable. You won't go away hungry!

THIS IS THE PLACE. It's won Best Burger in Kitsap for 3 or 4 yrs. in a row. Shakes are good too. Family friendly, fast service, and a smiling, helpful crew. Can't beat that! We have friends who drive here from Silverdale to get a burger...'nuff said!

Heard good things about the Grub Hut, but it didn't live up to its reviews. From the poor service to the noisy atmosphere, it's not worth a 3rd try. Jake(?) couldn't get our order right; after the 3rd request for an ordered milkshake, he slammed it down on the table with no apology and no attempt at good service. Extra... More

We like this place and go regularly. The food is always great and the price is reasonable. No frills or illusions of grandeur. The milkshakes are not so great!

I took my daughter to lunch today to thank her for her help at my job. She is a super taster and very sensitive to some flavors. She ordered the French dip minus the onions. Only when she began eating, she noticed that it had horseradish on it. (It was in the description). She tried to eat it and just... More

Like others said, this is not a fancy destination but a clean and creative one for sure. We went there due to convenience of being next to the ferry and didn't expect much. Had just been to the LunchBox factory in Bellevue 2-3 days ago and felt this place has just as much or more creative menu items for almost... More

The Grub Hut isn't a fancy lunch destination. It's good, casual grub. We had a large party with little ones. There wasn't a good spot to sit inside but it was a nice day so we grabbed a couple of tables in their outdoor seating area. The lunch was great! Burgers were good, fries were good and the fried pickles... More

Excellent burgers, and personal service. The burgers are fresh, local meat, made to order and delicious. The fries are hand cut and fresh and excellent.

If you are looking for a burger, and desire something other than the "big chain franchise", this might be a choice for you. This is a locally owned and operated burger joint, with numerous burger options. The burgers are cooked to order, and the fries and soda completed the meal: all really tasty, but you pay for it.

We had heard that this restaurant was good and every time we drove by it on our way to the ferry, it was always packed. So tonight was the night we decided it was our turn to try it. Their menu is extensive with 24 different beef and chicken burgers to experience and gluten-free buns if you desire. They also... More
