Good BBQ at reasonable prices

BBQ Pete's is what you might expect in a BBQ restaurant. The meat is smoky and stands on its own with needing sauce, but the sauces compliment the meats well. You can dine in- or out-doors and don't forget to grab a free soft-serve before you leave.

This is one of my favorite places for a quick, but very good, lunch. There is a full offering of BBQ meats—beef, pork, chicken and sausages with the standard selection of sides. Service is good and outdoor seating is available. Indoors, it is picnic tables and paper towels, but it’s BBQ. I’ve never been disappointed with anything that I’ve had... More

Order, then sit down - no server takes your order. You can have pork or chicken (or both), lots of options for sides. The potato 'salad' was great! The sauce was great and there are several choices, with varying degrees of spice. The standard sauce is great - not too tangy and not too sweet. There are awards all over... More

Lived in Tennessee for many years and wanted some good BBQ for dinner. It was quick and delicious! Walk in (no wait), self serve beverages and long tables. There was construction outside, appears they'll have more patio seating in the future. There are single stall bathrooms and even a handing washing sink in the sitting area. Finally, free vanilla self... More

I am a BarBQ aficionado. The meat was smoked right, and the sauce was great. Not too tangy and not too sweet. The prices are comparable to other BarBQ places in the area. It is clean and roomy. It is also a nice quiet place to bring a business associate or your family.

Found this place near our hotel on a recent trip to Seattle. It's located in an industrial park building along with several other eateries. We stopped here our first night. My wife and daughter got the sliced brisket sandwich, my son got the pulled pork, and I got the Smokehouse, pork and brisket with smoked provolone and crispy onions. Fantastic!... More

The food was much worse than I expected. How can BBQ be bad? Not sure, but this was. I had the chipotle chicken sandwich. The BBQ sauce mixed with the chipotle tasted terrible, like some kind of cleaning agent. I had about 2 bites before giving up. I will say that the fries were very good and nicely seasoned, but... Very tender meat with a variety of special sauces! Loved the self-serve soft ice cream cone for a sweet complimentary dessert treat.

BBQ Pete's was suggested for a good quick lunch. Got in just before the lunch crowd and was very surprised at the great quality of a real BBQ sandwich, it was not dripping with sauce (even though you could easily add more), great taste. I highly suggest getting one of the cornbread muffins it was over the top great just... More

Good local BBQ joint. The brisket sandwich is very tasty. Meat is well done and seasoned. The icying... is that they have soft serve ice cream (free) for desert and all the sauce is on the side (self serve) so you can choose which one you like and pile it on. Takes a bit to get used to their "menu"... More
