Another winner for kids (and adults). Big, very unhealthy meals (and they are proud of how unhealthy they are!). But so good for a splurge. A ton of burger choices, some other winners like Philly Cheesesteak and hot dogs, and my favorite chili fries. They are BIG. I'm not a soda fan but the kids love the root beer floats... More

So disappointed. My kids and I were regulars here for several years ....about 10 years ago. The eclectic memorabilia is still there but the food was overpriced and greasy. Sorry didn't try the root beer on this trip...I wanted to keep one happy memory of the place.

XXX Drive-In is fun for the whole family. The walls are covered with auto and other antique and modern memorabilia. My wife and I find something new here every time we dine. We find ourselves saying "I remember that ____ (tv show, product, advertisement) from when I was a kid!" There is a working juke box and classic car shows... More

Old fashion drive in food the way it use to be! Don't go if you're on a diet, but otherwise it's worth the fat splurge. Friendly, prompt service. Entertaining and out of the ordinary decor from "the old days"... Good parking, huge menu variety of burgers and sandwiches. Onion rings are great!

Pro tip - visit on a weekend to see the local gearheads show off their sweet rides. Food is tasty but should be served with Lipitor. The shakes are awesome old skool. A great place to visit yesteryear and enjoy classic Americana.

I think the burgers are too expensive, not that good & way overated. Of course if you want to go check out all the classic cars then it's a great place to be. Good rootbeer though And great floats. But a great nostalgic place with good atmosphere.

Driving through Washington State, my husband and I came across this café in Issaquah. Its like walking into the 1960s. You would be hard pressed to find any open wall space as there is money, post cards and pictures tacked to the walls. Jukebox full of oldies music and old diecast muscle cars. The men that were working here were... More

This is a 50s diner on steroids. There was loads of memorabilia hanging all over the place and a Buddy Holly tour bus parked outside. The food was good. The malted was rich and authentic. The root beer was straight out of my childhood. Great nostalgia for us "older" folks.

We usually try to eat fairly healthy and thus avoid this sort of outing. After a weekend camping and on a hot day, we decided it would be a fun stop. I had planned on only having one of their frosted mugs of root beer and a bite or two at most of my wife's vegie burger. After the first... More

Came on a very busy day; the motorcycle rally in July. Nice that they accommodate such a large group. Wonder if the prices are high like this on other days. Very good food though. Yummy old fashioned burgers, fries and shakes. Though they have large portions for the big eater - see the picture.
