Reliably delicious!!!

The 12th Avenue Cafe has a long history in Issaquah. We have been eating there for over 20 years and can't recall ever having a bad meal. I love breakfast all day. The biscuits are fresh, the raspberry jam homemade, the eggs cooked perfectly etc. etc. Today my husband had the fish and chips which... read more

Tried dinner on Sunday. Had Chicken 'n Dumplins. Was 1/2 a baked chicken with mashed potatoes smothered in gravy. Dumplin was a "bread ball" like a biscuit, with mixed vegetables in butter. Delicious and large serving for a very reasonable price. Included soup or salad and dessert. Will definately try again. Serves breakfast anytime.

Been here many of times and it gets worse each time. I've officially removed it from the list of places I will eat. They don't do anything special. The omelet's rarely have the cheese melted and the other food is just ok. The price they charge is a joke for breakfast. They are making a killing especially with the lines... More

We sat at the counter and watched the friendly staff prepare one of the best diner breakfasts ever. The coffee cup was never empty. Will go again.

Had a late lunch at the 12th Avenue and loved it. The ambiance is dinner, but the food is anything but greasy spoon. I had a delicious bowl of the Navy Bean soup which was exceptional. Then my wife and I spit a classically constructed, perfectly prepared Patty Melt, with ideally crisp onion ring. The service at the 12th Ave... More

If you want a good, filling diner-style breakfast, you must go here. Portions are large, food is cheap and it's all good. Best breakfast in Issaquah if I had my vote.

Stopped here 2 times on our trip to Seattle. Love the omelettes (Sweet Pea) and the eggs with German sausage. The potatoes are wonderful. Had lunch this last time. Soup was excellent and club sandwich was very good but very BIG! Definitely can't go wrong here.

Best place in Issaquah for breakfast, bar none. The lines at the door confirm that its a popular opinion. At least they put out a pot of self-service coffee for those waiting. Their scramble will beat anybody else's and their big plate of pancakes will remind you of how your Grandma use to make them "in the good old days".

You'll have to excuse me as I have to keep wiping the drool off of my computer screen while I write this; just thinking about the delicious breakfast at 12th Ave Cafe gets me salivating! I had the Italiano omelette--a half order, the full order is 5 eggs!--it was PACKED with fresh, juicy italian sausage, mushrooms, provolone. Every bite was... More

Nice place, clean, and easy to find. The service was great! Huevos Rancheros was ok. Great taste to them, but I like the tortillas crispy.
