My husband and I love breakfast at the 12th Avenue Cafe. They are very busy in the mornings on weekends but the service is great so we never wait very long. The free coffee station outside is great for the times we do have to wait. The food is delicious, the portions are big, and the menu has plenty of... More

The roast beef sandwich with cheddar cheese that my son had is something he is still talking about and using to compare other meals to, My husband had the Montana with those great potatoes and he still raves about it. I had the daily special of pot roast on a bun with those yummy potatoes and I wish I had... More

Modelled on 50's diner with chrome tables & chairs, the 12th Ave Cafe offers good food at reasonable prices. We ordered omelettes that were delicious. One person ordered old fashioned oatmeal that too was good. Service was efficient & friendly.

With out a doubt the best breakfast restaurant in Issaquah WA. Portions are generous, priced reasonably, and service is great. The restaurant is busy on weekends and holidays, it’s small so make sure when you walk in put your name on the wait list. If there is a wait free coffee is available. You will not leave hungry. If you... More

Menu is very extensive. Food is great! Pricing is decent. Servers and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. When we got up to pay, we realized we were the last patrons in the restaurant that evening and that they had allowed us to finish and enjoy the meal. THAT is just good old fashioned service that you don't always find.... More

Found this restaurant by accident, really. Just driving through a strip mall looking for a place to each lunch. The place was busy, but we were seated quickly and had a very cheery server. My wife had the fish and chips which she said was good and not greasy. My son had a chicken fried steak breakfast, which he said... More
