Au Revoir Pelicano

This was the most exquisite restaurant, with fabulous fresh seafood and utterly divine desserts. Say it ain't so, Pelicano! The only thing I could love more than the Pelicano the way it was would be to have it move to my hometown, Tacoma. Lovely people and place.

The Pelicano was a delight to dine at. Jeff prepares salmon as well as I have ever had. He blends favors and knows how to cook the fish to the diners pallete. He is truly a Pro. Shelly was the true hostess, who made you feel like family. This dynamic couple will be missed on the pennesula. We hope they... More

A great little restaurant located in the port area with an absolutely astonishing view. The fresh seafood was prepared to perfection. A great little place to visit and have dinner. Return? Yes Recommend ? Yes

I understand that a eulogy isn't exactly what you might be looking for, but people should know that this was one of the best restaurants on the entire west coast of WA/OR. Jeff McMahon and his wife Shelly and their staff provided food, service, and dedication to a craft that is rapidly being lost in this country, and it is... More

was really looking forward to eating here after reading the reviews. Waited outside with several others for it to open at 1700 as the sign on the door indicated and the website too. Finally after 30 min called the number on the web page only to be informed they were now closed. Too bad they could not have done the... More

The food was tasty, and the service was great. We had the salmon and the seafood chowder ant they were both very tasty. All the ingredients were fresh, and they did not skimp on any items. The bread was serves warm, with soft butter.

The location is fantastic with a nice view of the marina. I had the pan fried oysters (which were good, but would have been great with tartar sauce), I also had the salmon which was over cooked. We also had the cookie ice cream dessert which was really good.

This spot always comes though. Last night the crab cakes, duck/green bean salad, ribeye, baked cod, salmon, were excellent. The sauces delicate but satisfying, the service impeccable and attentive. The wines a bit over-priced but delicious. So far this place is always worth going back to. Delicious but somewhat limited dessert selections. Nice view of Ilwaco harbor replete with a... More

I can't rate their food because we didn't get in, but I have to compliment them on finding us another top quality place and save us from having to drive around looking. That was greatly appreciated.

We are from Colorado and enjoy seafood when on the ocean. Fried oysters with pesto eggplant were great. The crab cakes some of the best ever. Looking out at the harbor and good service topped the evening meal off.
