Nice place, with a small flute of champagne served (on the house) upon arrival. Roomy and comfortable, with friendly and knowledgeable servers. The house specialty, Beef Bourguignon (made with short ribs) is delicious, but the portion is small, and it was served over good tasting but cold garlic mashed potatoes. The "Flatiron Steak" was also a small portion of what... More

We have been going to Brix 25 for nearly 4 years now. They have changed chefs/ownership a few times, but it is once again a great restaurant. They often have specials, which are always worth getting. Their menu changes occasionally with new dishes added. My all time favorite dish was their sea bass. You are always serviced a complimentary glass... More

All food was wonderful, but the highlight of our 4 days in and around Gig Harbor was this restaurant and the best dish was the halibut. Really wanted to go back the next night but we made a mistake and went to the Green Turtle instead (pretentious and overpriced--but that's another review).

My wife and I had wanted to try Brix 25 for some time. We'd walked by when on day trips to Gig Harbor, and had seen promising reviews on various travel and dining sites. Our experience was very positive, much in line with the reviews we had read. The restaurant and bar area look charming from the outside, but the... More

Service was the very best! My appetizer was outstanding, had the Poached Pear & Cambozola Bruschetta. Was very small amount, but so tasty! Ordered the Smoked Salmon/ Shrimp Ravioli and was told they were out of it. Wish I had known this when the server told us the specials, because I wasn't ready to order anything else. I ordered the... We celebrated our 28th Anniversary last week at Brix 25^. This was our first visit. Upon being seated we were treated to a glass of sparking wine (not Champagne as one reviewer wrote, but a touch sweeter with more flavor). It was a nice touch! The atmosphere was quite comfortable - a feeling of laid-back elegance. The pre-meal bread was... More

First, the service was impeccable. Our server knew everything about every dish, and was quite willing to accommodate adjustments when requested. The timing of the service was well spaced, and servers were always available but never obtrusive. This is a very well-trained and friendly staff. Now to the food. I had the white bean soup as an appetizer. It was... More
