Has fresh fruit and vegetables. Stopped by for bottled water and cream for my coffee and some fruit. Excellent play to get a few things that you forgot to bring on your trip. Just down to the next block is the bus depot and you can ride straight to downtown with no stops for $2.50. Then enjoy downtown and pick... More

I just walked over here each evening for a piece of fruit and some type of protein bar or trail mix while staying at the Hampton Inn in Federal Way, WA. I even found some gluten-free beer. Awesome store. . .who needs a cooked dinner????

Recommend Marlene's highly. Great selection of organic, gluten free and like specialty items. Hard to find organics in bulk. Have lunch upstairs. Great soups and sandwiches. You won't be dissapointed!

Amazing salad bar, fresh baked pies & cookies, juice bar, sandwiches and a huge assortment of beverages. When I visit Federal way, I pick up lunch before heading out. The people are helpful and friendly. Great for getting yummy food to go.

I was staying at the Hampton Inn across the street and wanted to get a lunch to take with me to Mount Rainier. So, that means portable food. They have a salad bar and deli area upstairs where I got some great sandwiches. Really healthy food with creative options. I was planning to come back Sunday for another picnic, at... More

I recently started to change my diet and was introduced to this place by a co-worker. They have very yummy food and it's not your average no taste healthy food. I love it! The split pea soup mixed with brown rice is DELICIOUS!

Downstairs is a natural foods market downstairs with a salad bar, deli, smoothie bar upstairs. Jonathan at the deli counter was exceptionally helpful in helping me find the right ingredients for a sandwich to accommodate my dietary allergies so that I could have a delicious fresh sandwich! All the other sales staff were helpful and friendly, which made for a... More

Marlene's is just across the street from the Marriott. It is a regular stop for me as the deli has good, healthy food (this is a natural food sort of a market). Salad bar, sandwiches, deli case ... it's worth trying.
