The atmosphere is great, they have where you sit with your feet in the floor and you are on a pillow on the floor, very traditional. The food is amazing, huge menu with very different items. My favorite has to be Summer Basil Salad!!

This place used to be Indochine but is now Indochina, no longer associated with the Indochine in Tacoma! Went there recently with a group of 10 people (who all met here on tripadvisor by the way). It was not particularly busy but the service was very slow. The drinks took forever being that they brought them out 2 at a... More

We use to live in Federal Way and this was always one of our favorite restaurants. We still visit the are 2-4 times a year and never miss ordering "the usual." Fresh Spring Rolls and Tom Kah soup. The fresh spring rolls are the best I have had anywhere including Thailand. They are closed on Sundays. Just thinking about Indochine... More

This place really is a treasure: the atmosphere is very calming and ethnic with a low-key charm; the food is fresh and tasty; portions are appropriate; lots of variety of foods. The only reason I don't come here except on very special occasions is the pricing. Probably appropriate for the number of stars, but.... So it's a rare treat. Stay... More

Whew! Large variety in menu options, fast service, very large portions of fresh, flavorful food makes this a great place for dinner. I found Indochine via the trusty Tripadvisor app while in Federal Way for a conference. Large dining room with plenty of authentic decorations, a very pleasant wait staff, and speedy service were pleasant affirmations of other travelers' reviews.... More

Excellent food that is quite fresh! The appetizer spring rolls were exceptionally tasty. Also tried the Honey Walnut Prawns & Prawns Pad Thai. Both were yummy, especially the Honey Prawns. They were huge & full of flavor. Highly recommend. We went on a weeknight so the crowds were lower, but the service was quite good.

Have been coming here for decades and the food is consistently good. Menu has not changed in a long time, but there are several dishes that are excellent. PROS: Great food, reasonable prices, large portions, friendly staff, good take-out options! CONS: Restaurant is frequently cold, especially if you sit by the windows.

Have had many dinners here and the food is always decent, though there can be waits at times due to the staff being overwhelmed. The sisters that have run the Indochine restaurants are incredibly hardworking and dedicated and provide a good overall dining experience. Seafood and beef preparations are preferable.

Never been disappointed In the last 15 years I have dined there. Thai owned! Service is great, and the everything in the restaurant was imported from Thailand. Amazing hand done chairs and wood carvings, accent this Thai ambiance.

When we can afford to go out and eat, which isn't often, we will drive from Buckley to Federal Way to eat here. The food is Excellent, the wait staff is very attentive to your needs, and the atmosphere is awesome. Everything is made of carved wood, there's a place in the middle that you can sit on pillows that... More
