We were a party of 5 arriving at 2:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. We had to wait 10 minutes to get seating because they were not very busy but nobody came over to the front when we were standing up there. Once we got...seated the server walked over and got our drink orders and our Appetizer order for Garlic Mozzarella bread.
Appetizer
Garlic Mozzarella bread- was very melted and, cheesy and tasty with the Marinara and homemade ranch sauce
Four our meals we ordered the following…
Wife 0rdered the “Money Sandwich” – (Grilled Chicken Sautéed with Garlic, White wine, Pesto, Sundried Tomatoes, Artichokes, Caramelized onions, Mozzarella cheese, Feta Cheese, Mayo on Toasted French Bread). It was ordered without the Bun for a more Keto diet order. She said It was good but was very messy and would have been even worse in a bun.
My oldest ordered the “Get Back Mac & Cheese” –(Bacon, Cheddar cheese, Jack cheese, Romano cheese, Mozzarella, penne rigate pasta, cream sauce, parsley, crumbled crouton topping). Her comment was that is was ok but not as good as homemade Mac and cheese.
I ordered the “Fish and Chips” with a side of “Onion Rings”. The Fish and chips were- (House battered cod, coleslaw, tartar sauce, beer battered fries). I will not be ordering that again if I ever go back. The Cod tasted and looked like it was battered with Corn flakes and not what I was expecting. The batter just fell off and was not crispy at all. Felt like it was sitting under a heat lamp to long and the Fries underneath it were soft and not crispy anymore. The Fries did not look or taste like they had any beer battering on them. Being a bar that has plenty of Beer I am shocked that they do not make their own beer batter for their Fish and chips. The onion Rings were ok but tasted like they were frozen Beer battered onion rings that you can buy at Costco and cook in the oven yourself. I was very disappointed with this order.
My Son and youngest ordered a split 16” Pizza. Very over priced for what you get. For my sons half it was the “Pride and Joy” minus the ham and add Bacon (Pepperoni, sweet Italian sausage, ham, black olives, mushrooms, white onions, green bell peppers, extra Mozzarella, tomato sauce) the other half was the “Meaty, Beaty, Big and Bouncy” (Pepperoni, sweet Italian sausage, bacon, Italian meatballs, ham, extra Mozzarella, tomato sauce) the sauce tasted like the #10 can or Marinara sauce that we used at Round table Pizza 30 years ago to hand out with Calzones. Not much flavor for a pizza. The Ham pieces her huge and hard to eat.
All in all for one 16” pizza, one sandwich, one bowl of Mac and Cheese, one order of Garlic bread, Order of Onion rings, 2 sodas and 1 order of Fish and chips came to a little over $100 with Tip. Way to much for the Quality of the food that was served. Service was ok but not great.More
