Nice Atmosphere, Bad Service, Worse Food

First Impression: a nice, seat-yourself pub with a lunch menu and ambience one would expect from a place called 'The Irishmen'. Plenty of room to sit, yet a nice little crowd. As my husband and I have three kids, we were excited to try this place out for the first time today, just us two, and... read more

Where can you take someone who just arrived in the US fairly late in the evening? The Irishman! Our guest from Japan loved his Shepherd's Pie and we always love the burgers or bangers and mash. Gluten free options are available.

Great place to get a pint after work, and grab some pub grub. Guinness keg is always fresh. I especially enjoy the fish & chips, they do it right, here. Evenings sometime include local Irish musicians or trivia games.

If you want a place to hang out with friends over beer, this is the place! Some nights have music, the atmosphere is aways great, the food is surprisingly tasty, and the beer selection is great! This is where I go with family, friends, or coworkers if we want a nice relaxing time.

I found the Irishman shortly after opening and soon realized I had no real reason to dine and or relax anywhere else. If there is ever a question among friends and relatives about where to go, the Irishman is my first and only suggestion. To Barry and company; many thanks, keep it up.

We went to the Irishman on a Monday. I had the corned beef and cabbage. It was different than any I had ever had. It was cabbage, potatoes and corned beef. OK Well the potatoes were mashed!? The corned beef was shredded and there wasn't a drop of broth. It was tasty but certainly not what I was expecting. Just... More

Always good food and drinks! Good spot for a casual date, hanging out with the friends or just stopping in for lunch and a brew.

This is one of my sons favorite places, and I have accompanied him/them here many times. They have a great lunch menu and the breakfasts are amazing. Fun place for a drink or a meal.

This was the place where I started drinking Irish beers for the first time. Guiness Harps and Smithwick's. So now I am hooked on Smithwick's and no matter what other bar that I try, I can never find Smithwick's as good as this place. They also have magnets and cider drinks that are really good. The happy hour menu is... More

Not the best food and the waitress we had was TERRIBLE. Very whitchy! Wouldn't recommend going here. Also, kind of expensive.
