This is probably the best place for breakfast in downtown Everett. Price was reasonable and the food an service were great.

If I weren't allergic to eggs and wheat, I would eat breakfast at Kate's much more. They have fabulous scrambles and omelets, including Greek ones, and serve breakfast with pita bread if you want. When my son visits, he always wants to eat breakfast at Kate's

I highly recommend the biscuits & gravy with a side of over medium fried eggs. You can't beat $7 for a hearty and delicious breakfast. The gravy is made with Italian sausage and it's super flavorable.i can't never finish an entire meal and I usually take home the leftovers. Great ma & pa restaurant and yes they have outdoor seating.

Menu is fairly large, prices are reasonable, food is great, and service is very attentive (you never have to ask for a coffee refill). It's a busy place, but they have a good staff that takes care of the crowd with ease. We've been to Kates a number of times for breakfast and haven't ever had a bad experience.

From Boston visiting Navy son. Tried Myers, then tried Wendy's which was closed at 9am. (are you kidding) Aggravated, we just drove around and tripped over Kate"s Place was crowded and with good reason. Great friendly bunch of wait staff. Best breakfast I've had in awhile and we went back every day for the rest of the week. (July 10-11-12,... More

We love Kate's! We don't get to go often enough because our weekends are always busy or sometimes the wait is just to long, but every time I go its the best! The chicken fried steak is the best I've had! She makes her own hotsauce that has the best flavor and delicious homemade jam on the table. It's nothing... More

My wife and I had the best breakfast today at Kate's. The service was excellent, food is excellent, atmosphere is perfect, decor is great and it's priced right too. The portions are large so either have a good appetite or you can take some home for later. They are only open for breakfast and lunch.

This downtown Everett breakfast/brunch spot has a big following for good reason. They serve gigantic portions of good food, have a large menu, and are always there to fill your coffee cup when you want them to. They tip their hat to some greek dishes and greek takes on traditional dishes (like gyros omlettes) but they also have all of... More

Visited late morning on a weekend day. All of the tables were full and the service was prompt. Food came hot from the kitchen. It was a good breakfast, but not necessarily something that would make me drive into Everett from out of town for. Just "ok" for all three of us.
