El Paraiso is probably the best TexMex you will find in this area. My husband & I go to the location in Silver Lake on 112th & 19th at least every other month. The staff is terrific. Good atmosphere. We come for lunch or dinner.

The fresh tortillas when you walk in the door are wonderful. We had the fajitas and while they were tasty, it appears that they have changed the seasonings, as they were not as good as I have had in the past.

My husband and I went for happy hour on Saturday...must sit in bar to get happy hour specials. Loved that as soon as we walked in the door we got to sample a freshly made corn tortilla! Great happy hour from 3pm-6p.

Your basic mexican, nothing special about the food, but pleasant enough place. Good service, fun people working there.

This restaurant in downtown Everett serves better than average Tex-Mex. The dishes have flavor and are not too salty. The lunch menu offers better value than the dinner menu. The bar is in a separate room from the restaurant.

It's possible we've been to this restaurant 100 times since we moved to Everett 10 years ago. It's that good. The restaurant has changed a little over the years, but has been reliably friendly, fast, and GOOD, always. The welcoming tortillas are a wonderful touch, and the wait staff is helpful and friendly without being in your face. Most recommended:... More

We live near this restaurant and eat there often. The wait staff are all very nice and pleasant but management is rude and doesn't seem grateful for returning customers.

They serve a very good meal at a reasonable price. Staff are very nice. The food is not smothered in cheese like some Mexican restaurants do. It is a local favorite of ours.

I live in Germany, and there are no Mexican restaurants here. One of my friends took me and my boyfriend here for lunch, and it was the best Mexican food I've ever tasted. All of us ordered some type of fajita - my boyfriend had pollo al diablo, my friend had carne asada, and I had camarones el mojo (I... More

My daughter took me here. We had steak Fajitas for two. Sooooo good. Fresh quacamole. Their warm chips that we got when we sat down, were so crispy and fresh. The warm bean dip and a bowl of Salsa was devoured while our Fajitas were being prepared. The Tortillas were warm, soft, & fresh too. We enjoyed our lunch and... More
