Food is average but the service is ridiculously slow and uninterested. I tried to give it a chance but was there so long I left annoyed.

This place is busy but despite the 30-40 minute wait we were told when we put our names down, they seated our party of 7 in about 15 minutes. The servers were attentive, friendly and polite. We like the BBQ a lot. This one stands out from any other chain BBQ restaurant. They have several sauces. We usually get a combo platter and share.

My friends love this place, but I'm just so-so. It's a typical chain with a corporate feel and prices to match. I've been to a few locations, and they're consistent, but lacking character.

We waited a while to eat dinner, and when we finally were seated and got our food we were a bit disappointed. The food was average at best as was the service. Definitely not worth the wait. Have had better elsewhere.
