My friend and I went to this restaurant based on the reviews. We were not disappointed! The restaurant is so quaint and very well decorated. It's small but roomy and there's outside seating available. There was one waitress and one chef working on a Monday night. The place wasn't overwhelmingly busy but I saw a few tables turned twice while... More

Was visiting in the area this past weekend. The Yellow Church Cafe has good food, and even more importantly can accommodate almost any restriction in diet. Food all of the people more than willing to help make sure everyone enjoyed the meal.

My wife and I used to go to the YCC 1-2 times a week for lunch, so I've been well over 50 times. When the ownership changed hands, nearly all the former servers (several of whom were very good) abandoned ship. The quality of the food immediately plummeted. Many made in house dishes/elements of dishes (e.g. sauces, etc.) were replaced... More

We were passing through on the way to Yellowstone and wanted to avoid the usual fast food chains. The Yellow Church is a great place for lunch. Our food was very good, they have excellent bison burgers. The staff are friendly and efficient, we had no service issues at all. They also have a good selection of better quality beers... More

Nice setting, fairly close to highway, great bakery with comfort foods. A reliably good place to stop in Ellensburg, especially for those who liked home cooked, rather than chain food. Both healthy and "decadent" food options.

Been here twice now and i can't get enough of their cinnamon rolls. The veggie omelette is delicious with the goat cheese spread. Warm welcoming place. Go as soon as they open. It's small and fills up fast

Over the years on trips to eastern Washington we have stopped at the Yellow Church for lunch or breakfast many times. The most recent visit for lunch after 1 PM was a disappointment. My group of 4 sat at a table when there were only 3 other tables occupied. We were pleasntly greeted, given menus and had orders taken. It... More

We stopped in for late lunch. Waitress was very nice and friendly! She started us off with water, which was fine, but when she took our orders she didn't ask for anything else to drink. We also had to ask for our silverware when our orders came. Not overly busy. My fiancé had the turkey sandwich with side salad, his... More

Went in for breakfast and Joanna was our server. Service was great and attentive and the food matched that! Joanna suggested the huevos Rancheros and it was to die for! I would definitely stop in for any meal! Thanks yellow church
