It's a small place downtown with a nice menu. Nice pasta's and good steaks. The prices are pretty good and they have a friendly staff.

Large portions and friendly staff. Fun place that wasn't a chain. We had chicken parmigiana and salads and enjoyed the meal. Didn't feel rushed and liked the unique setting.
I travel to Ellensberg regularly on business and the EPC is by far my favorite restaurant in town. The food is consistently good, prices are reasonable and the service is decent. There are plenty of healthy and vegetarian options on the menu too.
This unassuming restaurant is a true sleeper that is easy to miss. Service is superb, and the atmosphere warm and friendly. Nothing about the exterior of the place indicates the culinary treasure that waits within. My favorite, the steak gorgonzola is simply amazing!
I had the Meat Lover's pasta, it was very good along with a draft Iron Horse beer made locally. Excellent gratis bread with garlic, overall a nice place. Staff was friendly, and the dining room was clean.
This was my second time stopping here and I went back specifically because my first time was so great. This time was just as great, the food was good, the service was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. It is great when you find such a amazing little place in somewhere so unexpected. I will be back and will continue...

If you are in the mood for Italian or steak this is the place to go. Everything is good off the menu, kid friendly, affordable prices, outdoor seating, great service. Whenever we go out we go to the pasta company, one of the best places to eat in the burg
Great food and fair prices. I've been here about a dozen times and have never been disappointed. It's become one of the places we can count on to entertain visiting friends and family.
Based on reviews, I lunched at EPC, as they call themselves, on my first visit to Eburg.
Dandy, broad menu. Attentive service. Full crowd at lunch mid-week.
Ordered simplest italian fare known to man: pasta marinara with meatballs. Tiny twist, as menu allowed, I ordered whole-grain pene. Before I could take a breath, I had my Arnold Palmer and warm...
