Great Food in Edmonds....

This is a great little restaurant in downtown Edmonds, Washington had some excellent food choices on the menu during our visit. My wife had a peppercorn steak filet that was like butter and my salmon was cooked to perfection...we will have to visit again!!!

We returned to this restaurant about 20 years after dining there. It was terrific. The ambiance is quietly and elegantly casual. I had the prawn appetizer (delicious in tomato and mushroom sauce sopped up with the delicious, homemade (?) bread. My husband had the shrimp and avocado salad that was fresh and good. The special - halibut - was terrific... More

We went to this restaurant on a Saturday, early evening. The place was empty, so we had fast service. All the staff were friendly and nice, and willing to make accommodations for our particular tastes. However, I found my food to be rather boring, and my wife was equally as unimpressed.

Cafe de Paris was a very good place for my book club luncheon. The service was excellent, as was the food.

My wife and I were early for the ferry back to Bremerton so we parked and at at the Cafe de Paris in Edmonds. It is easily walking distance to the Ferry. As we entered, we heard a man playing La Vie en Rose and singing it in French, which I had learned many years ago. The place is intimate... More

I eat out a lot and have stopped here several times when visiting family in the area. Chef and Owner Firmin Berclaz is from Switzerland which shows in his discipline and commitment to excellent cuisine. He serves fresh ingredients and my favorites are the pea soup, mussels, and the chateaubriand (which is best ordered rare and is amazing). I can't... More

I went here for my birthday to have French food for the first time since I visited Paris, France in 2010. It was wonderful. The waiter provided excellent service and recommended an excellent wine. I don't know much about wine and depend on wait staff for suggestions and he did a great job. The food was just as good as... More

We have enjoyed many meals here over the last three years and we have NEVER had a bad dining experience. The chef looks after all the smallest details: The bread rolls are freshly prepared and piping hot. The various sauces are each rich and magnificent. Everything is seasoned properly. The variety of dishes is excellent and each entree is served... More

Me meal was the special of the day. It was special alright.... and uneatable. Have lived in Edmonds many years, my wife keeps wanting to go to "Café de Paris" for dinner, social deal I guess. This place is way, way overrated. Lots of good restaurants in Edmonds, this one sucks.

My wife and I went to Cafe De Paris for New Years dinner. The restaurant was crowded and although we didn't have reservations, we managed to get a table for two on the enclosed deck. We eat here about once a month. It is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is French cooked personally by the owner. Our meal... More
