Deliciously spiced meal in an out-of-the-way spot

You'd never expect to find such wonderfully exotic fare in such a ho-hum location. Caravan Kebab is worth a visit if you're in Edmonds. We make it a regular stop when we pass through. My husband and I love the curries. The pakora appetizers, served with a yoghurt dip to temper the spiciness, were... read more

Wow! My little Mediterranean gem in the middle of almost nowhere. Everything from the eclectic, exotic, yet homely decor to the pleasant-faced staff providing the most delicious curries I've ever had has made this restaurant my new favorite when I visit my family in Washington. My mom and I shared the pita with LebaneseMuhammara spread, the cauliflower soup, and the... More

Stopped by the Caravan Kebab in Edmunds, WA for lunch. It was located in a shopping center, seemed rather worn and small. However, the inside was warm and inviting with plenty of seating and not on top each other. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Dishes from the Middle East, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and even Europe were featured.... More

Went to Caravan Kebab for dinner with my wife and were very pleased with the quality and service. I had the chicken pomegranate. First time I've had chicken seasoned that way. It was very good and something I would recommend. My wife had the lamb, it was well prepared also. The portions are large so go hungry. We will go... More

We found this place by accident; we were looking for an Indian restaurant and this place is actually Pakistani. We were satisfied nonetheless since Pakistani and Indian food has many similarities. The owners were very friendly and the food was delicious. I also loved the decor and music they were playing.

Not sure why I was so surprised. I chose this restaurant to meet friends. No references, just online reviews. Fabulous service, food, ambience....I'm coming back.

This restaurant has an interesting variety of food from all over the near east. Everything has been interesting and delicious. All the different dips and sauces for pita are excellent. The two different soups have a very interesting mix of flavors.

Caravan Kebab and Girardi's are our two favorite restaurants in Edmonds and we go to both place frequently. The menus are very different - Caravan Kebab is more eclectic with entrees of Indian, Mediterranean and and Eastern European choices. The atmosphere at Caravan is authentic and quiet and the prices are very reasonable. Located in Firdale Village, not far from... More

Really wanted to like this small, family-owned restaurant with a varied menu an we went here due to reviews on TA. Unfortunately, out of the four dishes we had only one was good. The naan that the waiter recommended was the worst we've ever had. It was flat, oily and tasteless. The spanikopita was so-so, but there was very little... More

Travelling for business, I found a flyer and coupon for this restaurant at check in. An unassuming front in an off the path strip mall hid the warm and colorful eastern decor on the inside. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. I never thought I could enjoy a cauliflower soup so much. Service was excellent and the chef... More
