We enjoyed lunch on two different days. Very interesting wine list, excellent soups and and very remarkable BLT...the bacon made it! A burrata caprese salad with local heirloom tomatoes was perfect and must say the coffee and nectarine-raspberry crisp were also a hit. Some reviews say it is pricey, not so if you consider the quality of the ingredients and... More

I am fortunate to live close to Rose's so just about every Saturday, right after perusing the Saturday Farmers Market, I make my last stop at Rose's. Whether it's buying some yummy French Ham(last weekend it was some delicious cured Ham) and fresh rolls or purchasing some pasta and sauce, there is always something delicious. The service is always friendly,... More

Roses has unbelievable thin crust pizzas cooked in a brick oven. The menu changes everyday to reflect the fresh produce available. It is a quaint setting with terrific food.

We enjoyed a late lunch at Roses Bakery after a 7-mile hike to Mt. Constitution. We ordered the linguine and clams, lox on rye, and blueberry pie ala mode for dessert. All were delicious; service was prompt; and the atmosphere inviting with both indoor and outdoor tables available. One of our best meals on Orcas Island. Good selection of wine... More

Lovely 'baked' eggs with wonderful fresh bread. Just a different and great breakfast experience. Friendly service and have attached bakery and 'foodie' store.

Prices were a tad high for some of the sandwiches, but the food was really good - awesome desserts! Nice, attentive service. Cute little shop next door.

Food was just OK, service was burned out, took forever to get meal...and a bit pricey! That said, everyone loved their baked goods...that was worth it.

We ate breakfast here 3 times in a week. The food is healthy and delicious and not all the standard American breakfast fare. Muesli with fruit and yogurt sweetened with maple syrup is on example. It comes with a nice baguette (no wonder bread toast here) that I always completely devoured.

this place is fabulous!!! every morning started off with breakfast at roses. their breads are amazing, especially the fig/anise (fridays only); and lunches are ample and all meals are locally-sourced; pies- yum!!! and the deli is the place to stock up on wonderfulness.

Consider getting there at 11:30 or even earlier for lunch in busy summers. This time, my wife had the linguini with clams - it was tops, "just like Mom made it"… the noodles tasted full of clam/garlic “nectar”, yet they were firm. I had one of their excellent thin crust, crispy pizzas - mushrooms and cheese... SIMPLE?.. well, their mushrooms... More
