Great breakfast

I love oatmeal and it's hard to find some good oatmeal these days. Mia's is great and helps me stay healthy and on my diet. They have great omelettes as well, check out their daily specials. One of the few places in Eastsound with consistent hours and great food.

Mia's cafe has a really cute interior. My husband and I went for breakfast, and the eggs they used were super-fresh (you could taste how fresh they were). The home fries that went with my dish were so good-- crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. So good that we went back twice during our stay. Some good health... More

Came here in August and had a nice brunch. Quintessential Islanders restaurant, with electric decor and organic menu to match! Worth stopping by while on the island.

The menu seems better to me now, as before it was all strong flavors of goat cheese and spice, this time it has more possibilities for the normal palate. HINT: Mia's has moved to where Chimayo's used to be in Our House.

Mia's has a nice menu. The coffee was good but the service was a bit slow. We ordered sandwiches. At least two other tables that came in after us were served before we received our meal. Asked if we wanted more coffee and it took forever. It seemed that the "locals" got better service than us once only tourists that... More

We were attracted to this place because of its location, but the food was good and the service too. This is a good place for lunch, especially the outside deck

Eastsound has many choices for lunch and my wife chose Mia's. She had an Oregon Beef Burger that was very tasty. I had a Pastrami with carmalized apples and onions. The menu didn't say anything about mayonnaise and the sandwich had a lot of it. I paid the price later for not sending it back. But the onions and apples... More

My son had burgers twice & I had the chile special. I liked it so much that I ordered it on 2 occasions. Local draft beer was good & they had a good dry white wine on tap!

We had lunch here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Sitting o/side on the patio was very pleasant and the food was really good. Only one criticism -- whoever was playing the piano on the porch NEVER finished an actual song. He just sort of plunked around randomly. Kinda' drove us a bit nuts! Other than that, it was a really good... More
