You're NOT going to impressed with the atmosphere, view, decor, or even the food! But don't miss BRUNCH, especially if you need to take the seniors in your family out. This is an old school diner, true and true. I can't and won't speak for the menu items, but at $13 for brunch? Are you kidding? You can also order... More

I am a huge fan of breakfast brunches, this one does not disappoint! They have a great variety of foods and the staff was pretty friendly.

A great stop for breakfast, lots of healthy options, great service, a local spot that has been consistent for years! A real treat for St Patty's day visit this year, delightful corn beef and cabbage! Yummy! Close to the marina for a nice stroll after breakfast also.

Dinner was quiet as they don't get a lot of customers which is a shame. We found the food yummy and the menu had a great selection including pecan crusted halibut and apricot chicken.

We have visited DesMoines Creek over the years as it has undergone various changes. I just read the review by cmchaca and have to agree with much of what she said. Some cosmetic changes would make a big difference but the cheerful staff more than makes up for the wear and tear. The place was cheerfully decorated today for Valentines.... More

My husband and I live in Kent and this small downtown, quint from the outside looking diner is on the way to our auto mechanics (Shout out for EuroAsian Garage) and closest Trader Joe's. Passing by several times over the past couple of months, we finally decided to try it for breakfast. Upon walking in, I noticed both potential and... More

We've eaten here many times before but it has been a while so we noticed a difference. The name was modified a bit so now it's "Tuscany at Des Moines Creek". They had many of their regular menu items including fantastic pies. But with a name as Tuscany they added some Med stuff which I wasn't interested in. With the... More

This place is all about the breakfast buffet! Its a tad expensive if you don't have the biggest appetite! But all in all, its pretty good.

Birthday celebration with friends. Very quiet for a Thursday night. We practically had the place to ourselves. Hadn't been back here in several years (and was so so about it then, other than their award winning pies.) Am so glad we chose DC for dinner. Although the decor is somewhat tired, the service is good and the food was delicious.... More

We were group of 10 people who visited this place for our lunch/meeting. Food was cooked to perfection, They are so accomodating, very friendly and lastly I would say this is the place where you would like to go with your family, friends or just by yourself. By the way Pies are still baked by Mary Ann like always
