Great and only getting better!

We brought our business group of 20 back to the Parlour Car Bistro to conclude an annual retreat. It is a great dinner spot - ambiance is warm & welcoming, service was fabulous and food outstanding. Sometimes with a group this large, it is difficult to get all entrees served at the same time and... read more

We ate at Parlour Car Bistro for the first time last week. Not one bite of food was anything but fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. I have eaten in restaurants all over the country and, trust me, the attention to detail here is apparent. To start, the bread is soft and delicious. The chef made us a delicious caprese salad... The bistro is has an unassuming exterior but is a delight inside. The decor is soothing, creating an oasis of calm in a hot dusty place. The menu was very interesting and our food was excellent. My cioppino had great flavour and was a mountain of fresh, delicious seafood. The wine list was interesting.

We checked Trip Advisor for a good dinner spot for our one night in Cle Elum; this was a very nice surprise. Our server Annie was lovely, the wine list was reasonable (for Canadians!) and our Kahlua ribs/rib-eye steak were great, particularly the steak. Recommended!

We try to eat here every time we ride at the Washington State Horse Park. Never disappointed. A hidden treasure. Cioppino, burger, salads & steaks - all have been excellent.

My wife and I stumbled upon this fine establishment and were very impressed! The staff gave first class service and remembered our names the next time we stopped in. The food is something you'd expect in a 5 star restaurant in Seattle or Bellevue. The Chef keeps us guessing each time with his array of specials. We had the opportunity... More

The chef's special lamb with pistachio crust was tender and tasty. Lovely door, cozy and elegant. Over 21 only.

My friend and I were surprised by the quality of the food and drinks. We received excellent service by Corry and the owners. Patrons are friendly. We were on our way to wine country for vacation. This place was one of our top two restaurants for the trip. If you're two, try the cod sprinkled salmon crust and order a... More

My boyfriend and I recently visited here while in Cle elum for the weekend from Seattle. The ambiance was fantastic and cheerful. Aside from the creepy mannequin at the bar, the decorations mesh perfectly with the vibe. The food and service were a delight. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a nice meal on the other... More
