I love going here because I can have a conversation and I love the food. My favorite is the lamb. This place has a chef, so it is a little pricey. But the food is worth it. The floor plan and the interior design is okay, but not great. I like the entrance with the stone wine rack.

We tried the restaurant when we were staying in town for a family event. Employees were friendly, efficient and helpful. Food was very good and the wine list had good selections. They handled our group of six with no issues.

We let our waitress pick everything for us. We tend to avoid the more expensive places but I must tell you all this place is worth every penny. Large portions and great quality! The wine is out of this world..almost as great as the bread pudding but neither one compares to the service. Every question about the food/drinks and surrounding... More

My 2 college age kids joined my wife and I for dinner. We had an exceptional meal. Atmosphere was quiet, Server was knowlegeable and attentive, and willing to look for wine not on the regular list. Food was excellent - they make their own pasta on site, and the rest of the selections are as good as I've had anywhere.... More

You can't go wrong with the Sycamore Street Grill. The food is as good as any I've enjoyed in the "big cities", the wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the dining room is quiet and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to speed up the pace of the dinner - two and a half hours for dinner for a... More

Wonderful food! This is not a fast food joint so relax, enjoy some conversation and get ready to savor food. It is not a greasy spoon either, prepare yourself for quality food.

Everything is made fresh and Pat does an excellent job. The menu is a bit limited, but better small and great instead of huge menu and mediocre food. What a great place for a special evening or entertaining clients or friends.

Gourmet quality food. Nice atmosphere. Wonderful for special occasions. I have never had a meal there that wasn't delicious and cooked to perfection. If price is an issue, try going for lunch which is less expensive. Still for a small town, you can have a fabulous meal and take in a professional quality Civic theatre production (+ free parking) for... More
