Every year when we visit family I crave this place and it has been this way for 20 plus years. However the food has changed. The hamburger is dry and tasteless not to mention they had my order wrong and I asked for a new hamburger. What they did was give me back my old one that I had taken... More

I enjoy the hamburger basket meal here for only $4.99! The size of the burger is not big but just right for me with a generous portion of fries and drink. I asked for lettuce, tomato, lettuce and pickles which were added at no extra cost. The service is excellent and the place is clean. They advertise natural beef-non gmo... More

Stopped in for a bite to eat at lunchtime. Have never been here before, so wasn't sure what to expect. It looks like your usual fast food joint with Formica tables and a 50's vibe. Service was fairly prompt, and cheerful. The Mocha Perk Milkshake was outstanding. Very thick and excellent coffee flavour with ground coffee in it. I had... More

The entire experience was a bad one! The employees act like they don't want to be here and they definitely don't want to be helping you. The girl at the counter had a bad attitude and kept giving us nasty looks. Then our order came out completely wrong. We were missing an order of fries, the bacon that I asked... More

It's a burger joint, but at least a better one than any of the common national chains. The burger was made fresh to order, and had fresh tasting lettuce on it. The bun was nice and supple, not having been mushed in the process. Coke products for beverages. I'd eat here again.

For a fast food chain, Burgerville delivers great value and well-prepared food. They use locally sourced ingredients extensively. Excellent salads and the shakes are fantastic!

We typically stop at this particular Burgerville when traveling north to the Seattle area. They always appear busy, but the staff works hard to minimize the wait. The location just off the freeway makes this a convenient stop. For those who have not been to Burgerville, they are known for grass fed beef, seasonal milkshakes, etc. The menu changes throughout... we ended up eating here several times because they have several vegatarian choices. however, there are non vegitarian ingrediants that might not be held back when you ask. i suppose it depends on what kind of veggie burger is ok with you. it seems they use a mayonaise base for a sauce that isn't clear on the menu and the... Never been to any of these franchise restaurants and I liked both the burger taste and the decor as an old school diner effect with booths and different colors of chairs. Music playing is also a nice touch. Fries very same as Dairy Queen though. Overall a good choice as a stop from the constant driving I am doing today.
