Roots provides an excellent 'fine dining' experience; outstanding flavors; wonderful presentation; warm setting and good service. It is the best that Clark County has to offer, and compares very favorably with the highly competitive fine dining of Portland.

I love Roots for its pleasant ambience. The bar during happy hour can be quiet and the service excellent. They seem to have upgraded their staff on this Tuesday (election) evening. The 'posing' staff must be for weekends only.

We ate here one for their happy hour. We thought the food was good but overpriced for happy hour. Happy hour should have reasonable prices and these prices were definitely not reasonble for happy hour so I can only give them an "average" rating.

Need a place for a presentation for 20 or so? Roots is the right place. Menu is superb, prices conservative. What we received (filet) was worth well more than we were charged. Not one negative from any in our group - all will return again and again!
