I'll be back!

My husband and I came here on a rare night without our kids. I've lived in the area for 6 years and we've never stopped in - I'm so glad we did! I had the Black Bean Veggie Burger, it was so delicious. The waitstaff was friendly, and there was a band setting up to play just as we were... read more

We were driving country roads when we came across this old bar. We had great food. Loved the atmosphere too. Will make the drive again. Well worth it.

Wife and I ate lunce in this "off the highway" rustic tavern. Wonderful country / nostalgic atmosphere and decor. Specializes in craft beers, flavored vodkas, burgers and especeially fresh, local oysters from Blau's Oyster Company! Bartender and server was delightful and efficiant, (thank you Mallery). The food came quickly, hot and medium priced. Dining in the sun is available in... More

Came on a Sunday night for the live music and food. They have a dance floor too. Come early around 5:00 to get a seat and order dinner. Great seafood dishes at excellent prices. The oysters, clams and fish and chips were very good. Great music on Sundays. Service wasverygood. There is also outside dining if you need to be... More

Hubby and I like to take afternoon rides on our motorcycles.. For late lunch early dinners, during our weekends. This bar is one of our favorite spots. It's clean, lots of seating, music isn't loud and obnoxious (then again we haven't been there during live band times-but I'm sure it's fine!;) .. The outside area is pretty small.. I do... More

We are in from out of town and met some local friends here. Good food. If the weather is nice take advantage of the "beer garden" out back

Went to the OLD EDISON INN (according to the menu) following a day of seeing tulip fields and driving country roads near Padilla Bay with my girlfriend. Pulled into town of Edison and saw a lot of cars parked in front of the restaurant, Was in mood for seafood and saw oysters and seafood advertised on signs outside. When I... More

Have eaten here a number of times and have not been disappointed. The fried oyster (local) dinner is yum. It can be busy, especially on nights they have live music. That can affect service times, but I've never felt ignored. Music nights usually bring lots of local folk who tend to be lively but cordial.

The sleepy little town of Edison, WA lies near the edge of the Puget Sound, between Burlington and Bellingham. One claim to fame is that it is the hometown of legendary news anchor Edward R. Murrow. You have to go out of the way to get there, but if you do, you won't be disappointed. And while there, your trip... More

The Edison Inn is the best food in the area. Don't let the ugly exterior discourage you, the food is not typical bar food. I've been here several times in the last few months and I'm careful not to stop when it's too crowded. The service is good, the chef takes time to prepare your food fresh and the flavors... More
