We were brought here by relatives in Arlington that frequent the restaurant. The service and food are good. The restaurant is a pub type environment.

Have eaten burgers at the Bow Edison for many years. Seen owners come and go. The latest are clueless how to make a real burger. The former owner Gretchen, could help them restore the taste and method she used. Toasting the buns, using the right meat and condiments would make a big difference. Presently the burgers are dry and tasteless.... More

A group of friends and I went there to hear live music. We went early to secure a table and eat dinner. I had ribs, which were the special that day. The ribs were amazing and the amount of food that came with it for $15 was a great deal. I shared half my meal and was still full. I... More

Fair amount of seating inside and in patio area on non-rainy days though finding parking can be quite a challenge. Waitresses seem to come and go with the best ones going for some reason. Beer is always cold and about 6 on tap that I recall with bottled choices as well. Great burgers with choices for sides accepted which is... More

So happy that not much has changed at the Edison Tavern--it had been about 10 years since I'd been there (I moved out of state). Good service, good beer selection, and juicy delicious cheeseburger with homemade chips. On a rainy evening what could be better!! Didn't have time to play shuffleboard but will do it next time!

Also known as the Old Edison Inn, it's actually located in the hamlet of Edison (not Bow) in the midst of Skagit County farmlands. Their oyster burgers are a house specialty and their regular hamburgers available in a monster and regular size. Everything I've eaten there, over the years, has been perfectly prepared and wonderful. Get the sweet potato fries... More

The a la carte fried oysters were great. About $15 for a dozen. They were very lightly breaded and the best I have ever had. I added sweet potato fries, one of the local brews and I was set for the night. Cool local spot in a very small town. Worth the drive.

We'd been going to the Longhorn to get our oyster trip everytime we went to Skagit County, but at a local's recommendation, tried this place up the street. It's better than the Longhorn. We both had the oyster dinner. Oysters were lightly breaded and perfectly cooked. Fries were fine. For a fried meal, it was quite light and not greasy.... More

We have stopped here twice in the last month and had excellent food and service both times. The clam chowder is fantastic, the sliders perfect (ahi tuna sliders in a bar !!, as well as pulled pork and lamb). They have a daily soup special and the burgers are top notch. Lots of good beer as well, try the unfiltered... More

The Edision Inn is in the funky little town of Edison and it offers excellent pub grub and seafood type menu and and 14 beers on tap. The beer list includes some very good craft beers from the Pacific NW. Good food, good service and good beer. We will return.
